El Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR<\/a>)<\/strong> en Tlaxcala<\/a> ha logrado la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de dos hombres dados a conocer como\u00a0Nicol\u00e1s \u201cN\u201d<\/strong> y Alexander \u201cN\u201d<\/strong> por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego sin licencia.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el informe, elementos de la polic\u00eda municipal de Apizaco<\/strong> recibieron una alerta a trav\u00e9s del servicio de emergencias 911, que reportaba a dos individuos en motocicleta portando armas de fuego. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, los oficiales se dirigieron al lugar indicado para verificar la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Al localizar a los sospechosos, los polic\u00edas realizaron una revisi\u00f3n y encontraron que cada uno portaba un arma de fuego. Una pistola estaba abastecida con diez cartuchos, mientras que la otra contaba con cinco. Debido a esta situaci\u00f3n, ambos hombres fueron detenidos y puestos a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico Federal (MPF)<\/strong>, que inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Audiencia y medidas cautelares para los dos hombres<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Durante la audiencia de imputaci\u00f3n, el juez de control determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a los acusados por los delitos mencionados. Adem\u00e1s, se les impuso como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y se fij\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n
