Despu\u00e9s de 40 a\u00f1os funcionando como Juzgado Mixto en condiciones inadecuadas, la Casa de Justicia de Ocampo<\/strong> fue inaugurada por la gobernadora del Estado, Lorena Cu\u00e9llar Cisneros<\/strong><\/a>, y la magistrada presidenta del Poder Judicial de Tlaxcala, Anel Ba\u00f1uelos Meneses<\/strong>. Este nuevo espacio no solo alberga instalaciones modernas, sino que tambi\u00e9n marca el inicio de funciones para nuevos juzgados especializados en materia civil y familiar.<\/p>\n

Durante la inauguraci\u00f3n, la gobernadora destac\u00f3 la relevancia de estas nuevas instalaciones en el Distrito Judicial de Ocampo, donde anteriormente trabaj\u00f3 como jueza mixta. Subray\u00f3 que ahora se atender\u00e1n las necesidades espec\u00edficas del \u00e1rea con la separaci\u00f3n de las materias: un juzgado para asuntos civiles y otro para temas familiares. Este es el \u00faltimo juzgado que faltaba por especializarse.<\/p>\n

La magistrada presidenta enfatiz\u00f3 que este logro ha sido posible gracias a la colaboraci\u00f3n entre los plenos del Tribunal Superior de Justicia y del Consejo de la Judicatura. La nueva Casa de Justicia cuenta con espacios dignos, mobiliario moderno y tecnolog\u00eda avanzada, incluyendo una sala de oralidad que cumple con los est\u00e1ndares exigidos por el nuevo C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Civiles y Familiares. Tambi\u00e9n se ha reorganizado la plantilla laboral y se ha creado un \u00e1rea l\u00fadica para los usuarios.<\/p>\n

Ba\u00f1uelos Meneses anunci\u00f3 que se han aprobado dos proyectos adicionales para el Distrito Judicial: Un Centro de Convivencia Familiar<\/strong> (CECOFAM) y la instalaci\u00f3n de juegos infantiles al aire libre. Estas iniciativas buscan ofrecer un entorno integral para las familias y los ni\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

La gobernadora Cu\u00e9llar Cisneros manifest\u00f3 que esta inauguraci\u00f3n no solo mejora el acceso a la justicia para los ciudadanos, sino que tambi\u00e9n garantiza que los procesos judiciales se lleven a cabo de manera eficiente y transparente. Esto permitir\u00e1 resolver conflictos r\u00e1pidamente y ofrecer una atenci\u00f3n equitativa a todos los usuarios.<\/p>\n

Ceremonia Conmemorativa en la Casa de Justicia de Ocampo<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Al finalizar el evento, ambas funcionarias realizaron la develaci\u00f3n de una placa conmemorativa por la inauguraci\u00f3n de la Casa de Justicia. En la ceremonia estuvieron presentes diversas autoridades, incluyendo a la presidenta honor\u00edfica del Sistema Estatal para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia, Mariana Espinosa de los Monteros Cu\u00e9llar,<\/strong> y otros representantes del \u00e1mbito judicial y municipal.<\/p>\n
