{"id":654,"date":"2024-11-15T23:21:23","date_gmt":"2024-11-15T23:21:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/tlaxcala\/?p=654"},"modified":"2024-11-15T23:21:43","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T23:21:43","slug":"sandra-juarez-dominguez-recibe-presea-al-merito-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/tlaxcala\/nacional\/estatal\/sandra-juarez-dominguez-recibe-presea-al-merito-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Sandra Ju\u00e1rez Dom\u00ednguez recibe presea al M\u00e9rito Judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En un emotivo evento celebrado en la capital del estado, Sandra Ju\u00e1rez Dom\u00ednguez, magistrada en retiro del Poder Judicial de Tlaxcala, fue galardonada con la presea al m\u00e9rito judicial <strong>\u201cManuel Crescencio Garc\u00eda Rej\u00f3n y Alcal\u00e1\u201d.<\/strong> La entrega del reconocimiento fue realizada por <strong>Rosa Isela Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, secretaria de Gobernaci\u00f3n Federal, durante la cuarta asamblea plenaria ordinaria de la<strong> Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Tribunales Superiores de Justicia de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CONATRIBoficial\">Conatrib<\/a>).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Reconocimiento a la Trayectoria Judicial de Sandra Ju\u00e1rez Dom\u00ednguez<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El gobernador <strong>Julio Menchaca<\/strong> destac\u00f3 la importancia del premio y felicit\u00f3 a Ju\u00e1rez Dom\u00ednguez por ser la primera mujer en liderar el Poder Judicial en Tlaxcala. En su discurso, reconoci\u00f3 el valor de los magistrados para enfrentar los retos que plantea la reforma judicial en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La galardonada subray\u00f3 la necesidad de contar con hombres y mujeres comprometidos con la igualdad. Adem\u00e1s, mencion\u00f3 que los principales desaf\u00edos que enfrenta el poder judicial son la corrupci\u00f3n y la falta de capacitaci\u00f3n, lo que afecta la confianza p\u00fablica en el sistema de justicia. Hizo un llamado a fortalecer los institutos educativos para asegurar que egresen profesionales bien preparados y comprometidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La magistrada presidenta del Poder Judicial, <strong>Rebeca Aladro<\/strong>, dio la bienvenida a los asistentes, resaltando que Hidalgo, conocido como cuna del b\u00e9isbol, la charrer\u00eda y el f\u00fatbol, se siente honrado por la presencia de los magistrados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rosa Isela Rodr\u00edguez tambi\u00e9n reconoci\u00f3 el trabajo realizado por los presidentes de los tribunales estatales, quienes manejan aproximadamente el <strong>90%<\/strong> de los asuntos litigados en el pa\u00eds. Afirm\u00f3 que el pa\u00eds vive tiempos in\u00e9ditos debido a las iniciativas impulsadas por el Ejecutivo Federal y aprobadas por el
