{"id":600,"date":"2024-11-13T19:23:56","date_gmt":"2024-11-13T19:23:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/tlaxcala\/?p=600"},"modified":"2024-11-13T19:34:58","modified_gmt":"2024-11-13T19:34:58","slug":"aprehenden-a-juan-n-por-presunta-violacion-de-menor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/tlaxcala\/estatal\/aprehenden-a-juan-n-por-presunta-violacion-de-menor\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprehenden a Juan N. por presunta violaci\u00f3n de menor\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de la<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/PGJE.TLAX\"><strong> Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado (FGJ)<\/strong> <\/a>ha cumplimentado una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra <strong>Juan N.<\/strong>, acusado del delito de <strong>presunta violaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en agravio de una menor de edad.<\/p>\n<p>El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico present\u00f3 pruebas ante el Juez de Control, quien determin\u00f3 que eran suficientes para ordenar la detenci\u00f3n del imputado. Tras el mandamiento judicial, los elementos de investigaci\u00f3n llevaron a cabo indagatorias tanto de campo como de gabinete, logrando la aprehensi\u00f3n de Juan N. en el municipio de <a href=\"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/tlaxcala\/tlaxcala\/sentencia-condenatoria-por-robo-agravado-en-el-banco-del-bienestar\/\"><strong>Tlaxcala.<\/strong><\/a> Al momento de su detenci\u00f3n, se le informaron sus derechos como persona detenida.<\/p>\n<p>De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, el indiciado presuntamente agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a la v\u00edctima, lo que llev\u00f3 a los familiares de la menor a presentar la denuncia correspondiente ante las autoridades.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Presunci\u00f3n de Inocencia de Juan N.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Es importante resaltar que Juan N. se presume inocente hasta que se declare su responsabilidad mediante una sentencia emitida por la autoridad judicial, conforme al art\u00edculo 13 del <strong>C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La FGJ contin\u00faa trabajando para garantizar la justicia y proteger a las v\u00edctimas en casos de violencia sexual, reafirmando su compromiso con la seguridad y bienestar de la comunidad. Las autoridades instan a la poblaci\u00f3n a denunciar cualquier acto delictivo y a colaborar con las investigaciones para erradicar este tipo de
