Aunque la demanda de transporte en esa <strong>franja interestatal<\/strong> contin\u00faa, los operadores limitaron sus rutas ante el <strong>riesgo de sanciones, decomisos y presuntas extorsiones por parte de autoridades viales de ambas entidades.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desde hace aproximadamente<strong> tres semanas<\/strong>, los cruces entre estados se volvieron cada vez menos frecuentes. A pesar de que no existen retenes formales ni puntos de revisi\u00f3n permanentes, la presencia intermitente de inspectores ha bastado para disuadir a los conductores. <strong>En lugar de cruzar, los <a href=\"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/tlaxcala\/estatal\/aumenta-acoso-en-transporte-publico-de-tlaxcala\/\">pasajeros<\/a> suelen ser dejados a pie de carretera, del lado correspondiente a su origen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\n<strong>Conflicto territorial y falta de regulaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>La operaci\u00f3n de mototaxis en esta regi\u00f3n ocurre sin respaldo legal.<\/strong> Tanto <strong>Puebla como Tlaxcala<\/strong> proh\u00edben su circulaci\u00f3n dentro de sus territorios, y mucho menos el tr\u00e1nsito entre ambos. No obstante, la ausencia de rutas de transporte p\u00fablico en comunidades perif\u00e9ricas permit\u00eda que estos veh\u00edculos se conviertan en una <strong>alternativa frecuente para los habitantes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aunque algunos grupos de operadores han intentado organizarse mediante acuerdos informales para evitar conflictos y denuncias ante la <a href=\"https:\/\/smyt.tlaxcala.gob.mx\/portal\/\"><strong>Secretar\u00eda de Movilidad y Transporte<\/strong><\/a>, la competencia territorial sigue siendo un problema. <strong>En ciertas zonas se detect\u00f3 la presencia de unidades provenientes de municipios vecinos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\n<strong>Una frontera sin barreras, pero con vigilancia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El tramo que separa<strong> Cuautlancingo de Tlaxcala<\/strong> no tiene divisiones f\u00edsicas visibles, salvo por <strong>dos arcos met\u00e1licos<\/strong> que marcan el cambio de entidad. Sin embargo, para los mototaxistas, <strong>esa l\u00ednea representa una barrera real<\/strong>. Los operativos de movilidad estatal aumentaron, y con ellos, las denuncias sobre <strong>cobros irregulares.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\n<strong>Regulaci\u00f3n pendiente en Puebla<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En <strong>junio<\/strong> pasado, el <strong>gobernador de Puebla, Alejandro Armenta<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 un plan para regularizar los mototaxis, comenzando por el <strong>municipio de Cuautlancingo<\/strong>. La propuesta incluye una <strong>revista vehicular para tener mayor control sobre estas unidades<\/strong>, al considerar que algunas podr\u00edan estar vinculadas a actividades il\u00edcitas.
