La LXV Legislatura del Congreso de Tlaxcala emiti\u00f3 una convocatoria para la elecci\u00f3n de la nueva presidencia y los integrantes del Consejo Consultivo de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos.
