{"id":1810,"date":"2025-03-10T15:41:50","date_gmt":"2025-03-10T15:41:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/tlaxcala\/?p=1810"},"modified":"2025-03-10T15:41:50","modified_gmt":"2025-03-10T15:41:50","slug":"los-micronegocios-dominan-la-economia-del-estado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/tlaxcala\/estatal\/los-micronegocios-dominan-la-economia-del-estado\/","title":{"rendered":"Los micronegocios dominan la econom\u00eda del estado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La<strong> econom\u00eda de Tlaxcala<\/strong> est\u00e1 marcada por la prevalencia de los <strong>micronegocios<\/strong>, que constituyen el <strong>98.1 % de los establecimientos comerciales en el estado<\/strong>. Estos negocios peque\u00f1os emplean entre <strong>una y diez personas<\/strong> y abarcan una variedad de giros, como <strong>tiendas de abarrotes, est\u00e9ticas, carnicer\u00edas, taquer\u00edas, zapater\u00edas y tiendas de ropa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los resultados de los <strong>Censos Econ\u00f3micos 2024<\/strong>, realizados por el<a href=\"https:\/\/www.inegi.org.mx\/\"> <strong>Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (Inegi)<\/strong><\/a>, los micronegocios son responsables del <strong>63.6 %<\/strong> del empleo en la entidad, con una notable participaci\u00f3n femenina del <strong>49 %<\/strong>, aunque a\u00fan existe una disparidad de g\u00e9nero en algunos sectores.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Crecimiento del empleo y apertura de nuevos negocios<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>Inegi<\/strong> report\u00f3 que en<strong> 2024, Tlaxcala<\/strong> contaba con <strong>107,029 establecimientos<\/strong> en total, que emplean a <strong>384,123 personas<\/strong>. De estos, el <strong>47.7 %<\/strong> se encuentran en el sector comercial, el <strong>35.6 %<\/strong> en servicios y el<strong> 15.8 %<\/strong> en manufacturas. A lo largo del \u00faltimo a\u00f1o, se abrieron <strong>6,515 nuevos negocios<\/strong>, y en las zonas rurales fueron censados <strong>8,716 establecimientos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el sector privado y las empresas paraestatales emplearon a<strong> 268,896 personas en 87,185 unidades econ\u00f3micas<\/strong>, destac\u00e1ndose los micronegocios por ser los que m\u00e1s trabajadores concentran. En este contexto, los grandes establecimientos, que emplean a <strong>252 personas o m\u00e1s<\/strong>, representan solo el <strong>0.1 %<\/strong> de las unidades econ\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<strong>Aumento en la participaci\u00f3n femenina y el uso de tecnolog\u00edas digitales<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os, la presencia de mujeres en el \u00e1mbito laboral de <a href=\"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/tlaxcala\/estatal\/tlaxcaltecas-listos-para-los-macro-regionales-de-la-conade\/\"><strong>Tlaxcala<\/strong><\/a> ha crecido. En <strong>2018<\/strong>, las mujeres representaban el <strong>45.8 %<\/strong> del total de trabajadores, mientras que en<strong> 2023<\/strong> este porcentaje ascendi\u00f3 al <strong>49.0 %.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que, en las actividades de servicios privados no financieros, la diferencia entre hombres y mujeres fue m\u00ednima, con una participaci\u00f3n de <strong>50.2 %<\/strong> para las mujeres y <strong>49.8 %<\/strong> para los hombres.<br \/>\nPor otro lado, la digitalizaci\u00f3n de los negocios ha mostrado un incremento notable.
