En <strong>febrero de 2025, el estado registr\u00f3 2,146 nuevos puestos de trabajo<\/strong>, alcanzando un total de<strong> 118,287 trabajadores afiliados al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.imss.gob.mx\/\">Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS)<\/a><\/strong>. Con esta cifra, se supera el r\u00e9cord anterior establecido en <strong>abril de 2024<\/strong>, cuando se contabilizaron <strong>118,229 empleos asegurados. <\/strong>Dicha informaci\u00f3n, la inform\u00f3 <strong>Jos\u00e9 No\u00e9 Altamirano Islas, titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Trabajo y Competitividad (STyC).<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>\n<strong>Tlaxcala, entre los estados con mayor crecimiento en empleo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Durante el primer bimestre del a\u00f1o, el estado acumul\u00f3 <strong>2,001 empleos adicionales en comparaci\u00f3n con el cierre de 2024<\/strong>, lo que representa un incremento del <strong>1.7 %<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, <strong>Tlaxcala<\/strong> se posicion\u00f3 en el <strong>sexto lugar a nivel nacional con el mayor crecimiento anual en empleo formal. <\/strong>Esto, con un avance del <strong>2.5 %<\/strong>, solo por debajo de <strong>Chiapas, Guerrero, Estado de M\u00e9xico, Nuevo Le\u00f3n y Colima.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Altamirano Islas<\/strong> destac\u00f3 que el crecimiento del empleo en <a href=\"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/tlaxcala\/estatal\/tlaxcala-invertira-en-certificacion-de-agua-potable\/\"><strong>Tlaxcala<\/strong><\/a> fue notablemente superior al promedio nacional, que fue de solo <strong>0.6 %<\/strong> en el mismo periodo. En los \u00faltimos <strong>12 meses<\/strong>, el estado sum\u00f3 <strong>2,847 nuevos puestos de trabajo. <\/strong>Lo que afirma su tendencia positiva en generaci\u00f3n de empleo formal.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<strong>Estrategias para fortalecer el empleo formal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El <strong>secretario de Trabajo y Competitividad<\/strong> se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el gobierno estatal contin\u00faa impulsando estrategias para garantizar el acceso a empleos formales. Entre las acciones destacan la inspecci\u00f3n laboral en centros de trabajo y la colaboraci\u00f3n con el sector empresarial. Cabe mencionar que estas acciones son para fomentar la afiliaci\u00f3n de los trabajadores al sistema de seguridad social.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Altamirano Islas<\/strong> reiter\u00f3 el compromiso de la administraci\u00f3n de <strong>Lorena Cu\u00e9llar Cisneros<\/strong> de generar empleos dignos y bien remunerados, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad de vida de los tlaxcaltecas y fortalecer la econom\u00eda del estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"El crecimiento del empleo en Tlaxcala sigue en ascenso.
