La secretaria Carla L\u00f3pez-Malo Villal\u00f3n<\/strong> reconoci\u00f3 que el gobierno de Puebla <\/strong>pagar\u00e1 cerca de 26.3 millones de pesos<\/strong> a la Gu\u00eda Michelin<\/strong>. La cifra es para mantener la presencia del organismo en la entidad durante los pr\u00f3ximos tres a\u00f1os<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La titular de La Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Tur\u00edstico de Puebla desglos\u00f3 la forma en que se llevar\u00e1n a cabo estos gastos. Dijo que se contempla un pago anual de 300 mil euros, equivalente a cerca de 6 millones de pesos <\/strong>al tipo de cambio actual. Adem\u00e1s hay una inversi\u00f3n inicial de 8.3 millones de pesos<\/strong> para que inspectores evaluaran establecimientos poblanos durante el primer bimestre de 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A partir del desglose econ\u00f3mico que brind\u00f3 la secretaria de Desarrollo Tur\u00edstico de Puebla es que el costo total estimado del proyecto superar\u00e1 los 26.3 millones de pesos al concluir el acuerdo trianual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEsta inversi\u00f3n no representa un reconocimiento asegurado. Nos asegura que vengan los inspectores, que vayan a los restaurantes, pero no te aseguran ni recomendaciones, ni premios espec\u00edficos, ni estrellas\u201d, reconoci\u00f3 la secretaria.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Carla L\u00f3pez-Malo Villal\u00f3n precis\u00f3 que el dinero que dar\u00e1 Puebla a la Gu\u00eda Michelin no garantiza la obtenci\u00f3n de estrellas ni reconocimientos espec\u00edficos para los restaurantes poblanos. Defendi\u00f3 el gasto al se\u00f1alar que la presencia de Michelin representa una oportunidad para fortalecer el posicionamiento gastron\u00f3mico del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las inspecciones realizadas este a\u00f1o derivaron en la inclusi\u00f3n de 14 restaurantes poblanos dentro de la Gu\u00eda Michelin, uno de los referentes m\u00e1s importantes de la gastronom\u00eda internacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan las estimaciones de la secretar\u00eda, los establecimientos que forman parte de la gu\u00eda podr\u00edan incrementar sus ventas hasta en 30 por ciento, mientras que la derrama econ\u00f3mica relacionada con el turismo gastron\u00f3mico crecer\u00eda alrededor de 10 por ciento anual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
