compres\u201d<\/strong>, enfocada en <strong>disminuir la compra ilegal y la venta indiscriminada de mascotas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta iniciativa responde a una problem\u00e1tica creciente: la <strong>cr\u00eda sin control de perros<\/strong>, que deriva en abandono y aumento de animales en situaci\u00f3n de calle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sb.puebla.gob.mx\/\">Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar de Puebla<\/a><\/strong> ha reforzado la difusi\u00f3n de mensajes para <strong>generar empat\u00eda hacia los animales<\/strong>, reconoci\u00e9ndolos como <strong>seres sintientes con derechos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
