La investigaci\u00f3n se origin\u00f3 tras su presentaci\u00f3n en el <strong>palenque de las Fiestas de Octubre en Zapopan<\/strong>, donde interpret\u00f3 <em>El Azul<\/em>, un corrido que alude a <strong>Juan Jos\u00e9 Esparragoza Moreno<\/strong>, presunto integrante del C\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pol\u00e9mica comenz\u00f3 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del concierto, cuando el alcalde de Zapopan, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zapopan.gob.mx\/v3\/gobierno\/presidente-municipal\">Juan Jos\u00e9 Frangie<\/a><\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que el m\u00fasico podr\u00eda enfrentar una <strong>multa de hasta 33 mil pesos<\/strong> por la interpretaci\u00f3n del tema. En su mensaje, asegur\u00f3 que interpret\u00f3 canciones <strong>\u201cinadecuadas para el contexto actual\u201d <\/strong>y reiter\u00f3 su compromiso con promover temas centrados en <strong>\u201cel amor y los corazones rotos\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, las autoridades locales se\u00f1alaron que<strong> el cantante hab\u00eda sido advertido previamente<\/strong> sobre las restricciones y sanciones aplicables. Frangie confirm\u00f3 que, adem\u00e1s de la multa, el artista qued\u00f3 <strong>vetado de presentarse en Zapopan<\/strong>.
