Este modelo incluir\u00eda<strong> an\u00e1lisis de tr\u00e1nsito, materiales y condiciones del subsuelo<\/strong>, permitiendo intervenciones m\u00e1s eficientes y duraderas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-mito-del-asfalto-malo-y-las-soluciones-reales\"><strong>El mito del &#8220;asfalto malo&#8221; y las soluciones reales<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/tavoconstantini?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\">Vargas Constantini<\/a> aclara que el asfalto no es inherentemente deficiente; de hecho,<strong> existen variedades de alto rendimiento con vida \u00fatil extendida<\/strong> si se instalan correctamente. El verdadero problema <strong>es la ausencia de bases estables y drenaje en muchas zonas de la ciudad<\/strong>. Aunque obras recientes ya incluyen colectores pluviales, <strong>gran parte del tejido urbano sigue vulnerable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CMIC tambi\u00e9n<strong> sugiere mayor rigor en la supervisi\u00f3n de obras<\/strong>, asegurando que <strong>contratistas cumplan con especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas y usen maquinaria adecuada<\/strong>. El INEGI confirma que los ciudadanos<strong> ven los baches como el principal problema urbano<\/strong>, incluso por encima de la inseguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la CMIC, la soluci\u00f3n va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de parches temporales: <strong>requiere un sistema permanente de evaluaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento preventivo<\/strong>.
