Este martes, durante una reuni\u00f3n en Ciudad de M\u00e9xico con directivos de la paraestatal, <strong>se confirm\u00f3 el tercer paquete de apoyo en ocho meses<\/strong>, que supera en volumen todo lo recibido durante la administraci\u00f3n anterior. El \u00e9xito se atribuye <strong>a la reducci\u00f3n del 92% en robos de hidrocarburos<\/strong>, ubicando a Puebla como modelo en seguridad energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-problema-nacional-a-caso-de-exito\"><strong>De problema nacional a caso de \u00e9xito<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Puebla transform\u00f3 su realidad: <strong>de ser el estado con mayor robo de hidrocarburos<\/strong> (48% del total nacional en 2023) <strong>a convertirse en referente de recuperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. La estrategia combin\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operativos coordinados con la Guardia Nacional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tecnolog\u00eda de monitoreo en ductos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Programa &#8220;Carreteras Seguras&#8221; con sensores<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/jmanuelc_puebla\">Manuel Contreras de los Santos<\/a>, secretario de Infraestructura, detall\u00f3 que el asfalto <strong>se destinar\u00e1 a 15 proyectos viales, incluyendo los accesos a Cholula y la recta a Tlaxcala<\/strong>.
