{"id":76393,"date":"2025-08-01T16:43:33","date_gmt":"2025-08-01T16:43:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/puebla\/?p=76393"},"modified":"2025-08-01T16:43:34","modified_gmt":"2025-08-01T16:43:34","slug":"curp-biometrica-lo-que-si-y-lo-que-no-exige-la-nueva-reforma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/puebla\/2025\/08\/01\/curp-biometrica-lo-que-si-y-lo-que-no-exige-la-nueva-reforma\/","title":{"rendered":"CURP biom\u00e9trica: lo que s\u00ed y lo que no exige la nueva reforma"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Circulan en <strong>TikTok<\/strong> videos que aseguran que el gobierno impuso fechas l\u00edmite para que la ciudadan\u00eda actualice su <strong>Clave \u00danica de Registro de Poblaci\u00f3n (CURP) <\/strong>con <strong>datos biom\u00e9tricos<\/strong>, y que de no hacerlo enfrentar\u00e1 consecuencias. <strong>Esta informaci\u00f3n es incorrecta.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fechas-senaladas-corresponden-a-plazos-para-la-plataforma-no-para-el-tramite-ciudadano\"><strong>Fechas se\u00f1aladas corresponden a plazos para la plataforma, no para el tr\u00e1mite ciudadano<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Usuarios aseguran que los<strong> adultos<\/strong> deben realizar este tr\u00e1mite antes de <strong>octubre<\/strong>, y los <strong>menores <\/strong>antes de<strong> noviembre<\/strong>, para no perder acceso a servicios p\u00fablicos, inscripci\u00f3n escolar o tr\u00e1mites bancarios. Sin embargo, esas fechas corresponden al calendario que tienen las autoridades para habilitar la <strong>Plataforma \u00danica de Identidad<\/strong>, <strong>no a plazos obligatorios para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La<strong> reforma a la Ley General de Poblaci\u00f3n <\/strong>ordena a la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.mx\/segob\">Secretar\u00eda de Gobernaci\u00f3n<\/a> <\/strong>desarrollar esta plataforma en un m\u00e1ximo de<strong> 90 d\u00edas naturales <\/strong>desde que el decreto entre en vigor. La <strong>CURP <\/strong>ser\u00e1 un documento \u00fanico de identidad en formatos f\u00edsico y digital, <strong>pero no reemplazar\u00e1 al INE<\/strong>, que seguir\u00e1 vigente para procesos electorales y como identificaci\u00f3n oficial, igual que el pasaporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva <strong>CURP<\/strong> incluir\u00e1 datos b\u00e1sicos como <strong>nombre, fecha de nacimiento, g\u00e9nero y nacionalidad, adem\u00e1s de foto y huellas dactilares<\/strong>. Aunque el tr\u00e1mite contempla la autorizaci\u00f3n previa de los titulares, expertos cuestionan el consentimiento real, debido a que la ley la establece como identificaci\u00f3n obligatoria. <strong>Tambi\u00e9n alertan sobre posibles riesgos en materia de vigilancia masiva.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si una persona no tramita la <strong>CURP biom\u00e9trica<\/strong>, no recibir\u00e1 ninguna sanci\u00f3n. Por otro lado, la ley impone multas a autoridades o instituciones que se nieguen a aceptar esta <strong>CURP<\/strong> como identificaci\u00f3n oficial desde el <strong>16 de octubre<\/strong>.
