El negocio, operado por la raz\u00f3n social <strong>\u201cSupremac\u00eda Excelencia S.A. de C.V.\u201d<\/strong>, enfrenta acusaciones por <strong>no exhibir precios en refacciones ni proporcionar Angel\u00f3polis: \u00bfQu\u00e9 irregularidades detect\u00f3 Profeco?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el operativo, <strong>Profeco <\/strong>se\u00f1al\u00f3 violaciones a la <strong>Ley Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Consumidor y a la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-160-SCFI-2014<\/strong>, que obliga a las agencias de autos nuevos a informar de forma clara y visible sobre precios, condiciones de venta y caracter\u00edsticas de los veh\u00edculos y refacciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Los principales incumplimientos fueron:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Falta de precios visibles en refacciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ausencia de informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre bienes y servicios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publicidad poco clara o insuficiente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-que-hacer-si-eres-cliente\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer si eres cliente?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si est\u00e1s en proceso de compra, esperando la entrega de tu auto o necesitas servicio postventa, <strong>aqu\u00ed algunos pasos recomendados:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Conserva toda tu documentaci\u00f3n: <\/strong>contratos, facturas, recibos, correos o mensajes relacionados con tu compra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acude a Profeco: <\/strong>puedes presentar una queja o solicitar asesor\u00eda personalizada para conocer tus derechos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No firmes nada nuevo sin revisar: <\/strong>si la agencia te contacta, verifica primero con Profeco que la suspensi\u00f3n se haya
