En 2025, Puebla<\/strong> logr\u00f3 un avance notable en el \u00cdndice de Competitividad Estatal (ICE)<\/strong>, al subir cuatro posiciones en el ranking<\/em> nacional<\/strong> que elabora el Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO)<\/a><\/strong>. Con este resultado, el estado abandon\u00f3 los \u00faltimos cinco lugares<\/strong> del listado y se posicion\u00f3 en el sitio 24<\/strong>, dentro del grupo de entidades con competitividad \u201cmedia baja\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00cdndice de Competitividad:<\/strong> Regulaci\u00f3n, deuda y participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, los puntos fuertes<\/strong> de Puebla<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La edici\u00f3n 2025 del ICE<\/strong>, que coincide con el lanzamiento del Plan M\u00e9xico<\/a> <\/strong>desarrollado por la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum<\/strong>, eval\u00faa la capacidad de cada estado para generar, atraer y retener talento e inversi\u00f3n. Puebla <\/strong>destac\u00f3 especialmente en el sub\u00edndice de Mejora Regulatoria<\/strong>, donde se coloc\u00f3 en segundo lugar nacional<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n se posicion\u00f3 entre los primeros cinco lugares <\/strong>en indicadores como Deuda Estatal y Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el \u00e1rea de Sistema Pol\u00edtico y Gobiernos<\/strong>, el estado alcanz\u00f3 la octava posici\u00f3n<\/strong>, mientras que en Innovaci\u00f3n y Econom\u00eda se ubic\u00f3 en el lugar 12<\/strong>, se\u00f1al de un avance gradual en \u00e1reas clave para la competitividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armenta anuncia pago anticipado de deuda por el MIB<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En paralelo a los avances en competitividad, el gobernador Alejandro Armenta <\/strong>inform\u00f3 que su administraci\u00f3n liquidar\u00e1 en 2025<\/strong> la deuda heredada por la construcci\u00f3n del Museo Internacional del Barroco (MIB)<\/strong>, una de las obras m\u00e1s pol\u00e9micas del sexenio de Rafael Moreno Valle.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Originalmente, la deuda del MIB <\/strong>superaba los 10 mil millones de pesos<\/strong>, con un plazo de pago hasta 2039<\/strong>. Sin embargo, la gesti\u00f3n actual logr\u00f3 reducir ese monto a solo 2 mil millones de pesos<\/strong>, luego de haber abonado ya casi 4 mil millones<\/strong>. El proyecto fue financiado bajo el esquema de Proyecto de Prestaci\u00f3n de Servicios (PPS) desde 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armenta<\/strong> calific\u00f3 al museo como un \u201cmonumento a la opulencia y la corrupci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, y anunci\u00f3 que buscar\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n cerrar anticipadamente compromisos similares como los de la plataforma AUDI y el Centro Integral de Servicios (CIS).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
