Por ello, <strong>autoridades, empresarios y expertos del sector<\/strong> ya trabajan de cara al <strong>Congreso Latino Gastronomic 2025<\/strong>, que se celebrar\u00e1 del <strong>4 al 7 de septiembre en la capital.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/carloshuertar\">Carlos Huerta Ram\u00edrez, director de Turismo municipal<\/a><\/strong>, encabez\u00f3 una mesa de trabajo junto al equipo <strong>organizador, restauranteros y prestadores de servicios<\/strong>. Acordaron fortalecer las cadenas de proveedur\u00eda, diversificar las experiencias culinarias y enfocar la promoci\u00f3n en los negocios familiares,<strong> que representan el 97% de los m\u00e1s de 35 mil <a href=\"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/puebla\/2025\/04\/29\/canaco-puebla-apoya-operativos-contra-productos-asiaticos-y-promueve-la-competencia-justa\/\">establecimientos<\/a> registrados en Puebla.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>chef poblano \u00c1ngel V\u00e1zquez<\/strong> hizo un llamado a innovar y unir al sector restaurantero.
