{"id":75070,"date":"2025-05-28T23:00:01","date_gmt":"2025-05-28T23:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/puebla\/?p=75070"},"modified":"2025-05-28T23:00:02","modified_gmt":"2025-05-28T23:00:02","slug":"mexico-en-el-podio-mundial-de-los-jovenes-ninis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/puebla\/2025\/05\/28\/mexico-en-el-podio-mundial-de-los-jovenes-ninis\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico, en el podio mundial de los j\u00f3venes &#8220;ninis&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>M\u00e9xico<\/strong> se ha posicionado como el <strong>tercer pa\u00eds con mayor porcentaje de j\u00f3venes \u201cninis\u201d<\/strong>, aquellos que <strong>no estudian, no trabajan ni reciben capacitaci\u00f3n formal<\/strong>, de acuerdo con el informe m\u00e1s reciente de la Organizaci\u00f3n para la Cooperaci\u00f3n y el Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico (OCDE), correspondiente al a\u00f1o 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cifra alcanza el <strong>19.48% de la poblaci\u00f3n entre 15 y 29 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, lo que significa que casi uno de cada cinco j\u00f3venes mexicanos se encuentra en una situaci\u00f3n de desconexi\u00f3n total del sistema educativo y laboral. Tambi\u00e9n lanza una <strong>advertencia sobre las consecuencias profundas<\/strong> que esta situaci\u00f3n representa: los j\u00f3venes en esta condici\u00f3n corren un alto riesgo de <strong>exclusi\u00f3n social, pobreza y marginaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>, al carecer de herramientas b\u00e1sicas para incorporarse al desarrollo del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de enfrentar <strong>limitadas oportunidades laborales<\/strong>, estos j\u00f3venes pueden rezagarse en el desarrollo de habilidades, comprometer su bienestar a largo plazo y quedar atrapados en <strong>c\u00edrculos de precariedad<\/strong> que se perpet\u00faan de generaci\u00f3n en generaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quienes-son-los-ninis\"><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9nes son los \u201cninis\u201d?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El t\u00e9rmino \u201cnini\u201d se refiere a personas de entre <strong>15 y 29 a\u00f1os<\/strong> que cumplen simult\u00e1neamente con tres condiciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No estudian<\/strong> en ninguna modalidad educativa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No trabajan<\/strong> formalmente ni informalmente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No reciben capacitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> profesional o t\u00e9cnica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta categor\u00eda, aunque simplificada en una sola palabra, <strong>esconde una diversidad de realidades<\/strong>: desde j\u00f3venes que enfrentan barreras econ\u00f3micas para continuar su educaci\u00f3n, hasta mujeres que cuidan a familiares y no acceden al mercado laboral, o personas que no encuentran oportunidades de empleo o formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe de la OCDE coloca sobre la mesa una <strong>urgencia estructural<\/strong>: replantear las pol\u00edticas educativas, laborales y sociales que actualmente no est\u00e1n logrando integrar a este sector de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"M\u00e9xico se ha posicionado como el tercer pa\u00eds con mayor porcentaje de j\u00f3venes \u201cninis\u201d, aquellos que no estudian,&hellip;","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":75078,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"csco_display_header_overlay":false,"csco_singular_sidebar":"","csco_page_header_type":"","csco_page_load_nextpost":"","csco_post_video_location":[],"csco_post_video_location_hash":"","csco_post_video_url":"","csco_post_video_bg_start_time":0,"csco_post_video_bg_end_time":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[28],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-75070","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-nacional","8":"cs-entry","9":"cs-video-wrap"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v24.7 (Yoast SEO v27.4) -
