San Francisco Totimehuac\u00e1n <\/strong>avanza hacia convertirse en el municipio n\u00famero 218 de Puebla<\/strong>. Este cambio no solo modificar\u00e1 la estructura administrativa, sino que tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00e1 un impacto directo en la vida de sus m\u00e1s de 186 mil habitantes<\/strong>. San Francisco Totimehuac\u00e1n: \u00bfQu\u00e9 se necesita para crear el nuevo municipio?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Para que San Francisco Totimehuac\u00e1n<\/strong> sea oficialmente un municipio, deben aprobarse reformas en el Congreso del Estado <\/strong>que incluyan ajustes al presupuesto y delimitaci\u00f3n territorial.<\/strong> Adem\u00e1s, habr\u00e1 que establecer nuevas reglas municipales, incluyendo aspectos electorales para la renovaci\u00f3n de credenciales de elector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proceso requiere la participaci\u00f3n activa de la comunidad: se necesitan firmas de al menos el 70% de los residentes para que la petici\u00f3n avance. <\/strong>El proyecto es de largo plazo, y se estima que el primer alcalde electo tome posesi\u00f3n en 2027.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actualmente, San Francisco Totimehuac\u00e1n <\/strong>es una de las juntas auxiliares con mayor presupuesto dentro del municipio de Puebla<\/strong>. Con su conversi\u00f3n a municipio, la Secretar\u00eda de Planeaci\u00f3n y Finanzas<\/strong> <\/a>deber\u00e1 redistribuir recursos para atender esta nueva demarcaci\u00f3n y ajustar los apoyos a los municipios existentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
