Seg\u00fan <strong>Jos\u00e9 Triana, vocal de la <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.canirac.org.mx\/\">C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac)<\/a><\/strong>, los <strong>viernes <\/strong>ser\u00e1n los d\u00edas de mayor actividad, con incrementos de hasta el <strong>50% <\/strong>en la demanda, especialmente por la relaci\u00f3n que la gente hace entre el calor y el consumo de mariscos frescos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este auge de ventas se atribuye a la temporada c\u00e1lida, que lleva a<strong> los comensales a preferir mariscos debido a su frescura y ligereza<\/strong>, caracter\u00edsticas muy valoradas en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impacto econ\u00f3mico de los visitantes en Puebla<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>secretario de Econom\u00eda y Turismo de Puebla, Jaime Oropeza Casas<\/strong>, mencion\u00f3 que los turistas contribuir\u00e1n con una <strong>derrama econ\u00f3mica aproximada de 300 millones de pesos<\/strong>. Este monto podr\u00eda aumentar, ya que muchos poblanos optar\u00e1n por quedarse en el estado durante toda la temporada de <strong>Cuaresma<\/strong>, lo que incrementar\u00e1 el consumo local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, el <a href=\"https:\/\/pueblahoy.com.mx\/puebla-lanza-el-programa-banca-de-la-mujer-con-una-inversion-de-20-millones-de-pesos\/\">gobierno estatal<\/a> ha lanzado la campa\u00f1a<strong> \u201cVive la Cuaresma sin salir de Puebla\u201d,<\/strong> enfocada en promover el consumo de platillos de mariscos locales, destacando la rica gastronom\u00eda del estado, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de sus tradicionales platillos como el<strong> mole o los chiles en nogada.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tepeaca y su apuesta por la Ruta del Marisco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>municipio de Tepeaca<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n se suma a las festividades cuaresmales con su <strong>Ruta del Marisco<\/strong>, un evento que busca promover el turismo gastron\u00f3mico local. El <strong>alcalde Alfredo Vel\u00e1zquez Romero<\/strong> anunci\u00f3 que m\u00e1s de <strong>40 restauranteros <\/strong>participar\u00e1n, ofreciendo sus mejores platillos de mariscos el<strong> 21 de abril en la Junta Auxiliar de San Hip\u00f3lito Xochiltenango<\/strong>.
