A propuesta del <strong>alcalde Jos\u00e9 Chedraui Budib<\/strong>, los conductores podr\u00e1n estacionarse <strong>sin costo durante las primeras tres horas, pero a partir de la cuarta deber\u00e1n pagar $10 por cada hora adicional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modificaci\u00f3n a la Ley de Ingresos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pueblahoy.com.mx\/aprueban-en-comision-de-hacienda-y-patrimonio-municipal-la-donacion-de-diez-hospitales-al-imss-bienestar-en-puebla\/\">Comisi\u00f3n de Patrimonio y Hacienda P\u00fablica<\/a><\/strong> aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad este ajuste, aunque a\u00fan debe ser avalado por el<strong> Cabildo y el Congreso del Estado<\/strong>, ya que implica una reforma a la <strong>Ley de Ingresos<\/strong> del ejercicio fiscal <strong>2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cobro aplicar\u00e1 en las zonas de estacionamiento rotativo del <strong>Centro Hist\u00f3rico, Carmen-Huexotitla, Volcanes-Chula Vista y Ju\u00e1rez-Santiago<\/strong>. El horario de operaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de <strong>lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a 22:00 horas, y s\u00e1bados y domingos, de 11:00 a 19:00 horas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para quienes utilicen el servicio de estacionamiento durante todo el tiempo disponible entre semana, el costo diario alcanzar\u00e1 los <strong>$110<\/strong>, mientras que los fines de semana el pago m\u00e1ximo ser\u00e1 de <strong>$50.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parqu\u00edmetros: Respuesta a la demanda ciudadana<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>subsecretario de Movilidad, Norman Campos Vel\u00e1zquez<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que esta modificaci\u00f3n surge tras reuniones con ciudadanos inconformes con el l\u00edmite inicial de <strong>tres horas<\/strong>. Ante las preocupaciones por posibles multas, el gobierno municipal opt\u00f3 por extender el tiempo de estacionamiento con un costo adicional, dejando la decisi\u00f3n en manos de los usuarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se prev\u00e9n permisos especiales para <strong>residentes sin cochera y para personas embarazadas<\/strong>. Las multas por mal uso del programa seguir\u00e1n vigentes y podr\u00e1n alcanzar hasta los <strong>$3,000.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Debate y cr\u00edticas en el Cabildo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>regidor del PAN, Carlos Montiel Solana<\/strong>, critic\u00f3 que la propuesta se discutiera sin previo aviso a los integrantes de la comisi\u00f3n. A pesar de ello, los regidores del <strong>PAN<\/strong> votaron a favor con la condici\u00f3n de que el ayuntamiento entregue una justificaci\u00f3n detallada sobre la tarifa de <strong>$10 por hora adicional.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>subsecretario de Movilidad<\/strong> argument\u00f3 que el cobro responde a costos de operaci\u00f3n, mantenimiento y la pintura de m\u00e1s de <strong>9,000 cajones de estacionamiento<\/strong>. Sin embargo, la <strong>regidora Guadalupe Arruabarrena<\/strong> insisti\u00f3 en que esta informaci\u00f3n debe anexarse al documento que ser\u00e1 enviado al <strong>Congreso<\/strong> para evitar que la reforma sea rechazada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Cabildo de Puebla <\/strong>analizar\u00e1 la propuesta en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas antes de enviarla al <strong>Congreso <\/strong>estatal, donde se determinar\u00e1 si el ajuste entra en vigor como parte de la <strong>Ley de Ingresos 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"El ayuntamiento de Puebla avanza en la implementaci\u00f3n de nuevas tarifas para los parqu\u00edmetros.
