La sustancia obscura y aceitosa tambi\u00e9n alcanz\u00f3 cuerpos de agua cercanos, generando preocupaci\u00f3n entre los habitantes de la zona.<\/p>\n<p>El incidente tuvo lugar cerca de la cabecera municipal de Venustiano Carranza, conocida como Agua Fr\u00eda. La presencia de hidrocarburo en la superficie y su llegada a los potreros de los ranchos fueron reportados por informantes locales, quienes se\u00f1alaron que la falla se encuentra a menos de un kil\u00f3metro de la mancha urbana, cercana al bachillerato Jaime de la Madrid Vidaurreta.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/www.elsoldepuebla.com.mx\/local\/estado\/e5xxyy-ignora-pemex-contaminacion-por-residuos-en-venustiano-carranza\/ALTERNATES\/LANDSCAPE_1140\/Ignora%20Pemex%20contaminaci%C3%B3n%20por%20residuos%20en%20Venustiano%20Carranza\" alt=\"\" width=\"1140\" height=\"712\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan fuentes locales, la sustancia aceitosa se extendi\u00f3 a lo largo de casi un kil\u00f3metro a trav\u00e9s de un peque\u00f1o arroyo. No es la primera vez que se registra un derrame en este punto; el a\u00f1o pasado, una falla similar caus\u00f3 da\u00f1os medioambientales y requer\u00eda la intervenci\u00f3n de Pemex.<\/p>\n<p>En el incidente anterior, la paraestatal tuvo que romper la cinta asf\u00e1ltica de la carretera que conecta la cabecera municipal con el entronque del paraje conocido como &#8220;La Puerta&#8221; para realizar las reparaciones necesarias. Ante la reincidencia del problema, la comunidad expres\u00f3 su preocupaci\u00f3n y llam\u00f3 a la acci\u00f3n inmediata de la empresa petrolera para abordar la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/mtpnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/WhatsApp-Image-2018-10-21-at-3.06.47-PM-1024x568.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"568\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El personal de la Direcci\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n Civil acudi\u00f3 al lugar para realizar un registro de la situaci\u00f3n y realizar los informes necesarios.
