{"id":64844,"date":"2024-01-07T15:39:28","date_gmt":"2024-01-07T21:39:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pueblahoy.com.mx\/?p=64844"},"modified":"2024-01-07T15:39:28","modified_gmt":"2024-01-07T21:39:28","slug":"amlo-anuncia-iniciativas-de-reforma-a-favor-de-los-trabajadores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/puebla\/2024\/01\/07\/amlo-anuncia-iniciativas-de-reforma-a-favor-de-los-trabajadores\/","title":{"rendered":"AMLO anuncia iniciativas de reforma a favor de los trabajadores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>AMLO anuncia reforma para garantizar aumentos anuales del salario m\u00ednimo y pensiones completas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el marco del A\u00f1o de Felipe Carrillo Puerto, benem\u00e9rito del proletariado, revolucionario y defensor del Mayab, el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador revel\u00f3 su intenci\u00f3n de enviar una iniciativa de reforma a<a href=\"http:\/\/sil.gobernacion.gob.mx\/Archivos\/Documentos\/2022\/04\/asun_4348618_20220405_1648596516.pdf\">l art\u00edculo 123<\/a> de la Constituci\u00f3n con el prop\u00f3sito de asegurar que el salario m\u00ednimo experimente aumentos anuales por encima de la tasa de inflaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la conclusi\u00f3n de su gira de trabajo por distintos estados de la Rep\u00fablica, en R\u00edo Blanco, Veracruz, el mandatario record\u00f3 que al inicio de su administraci\u00f3n, el salario m\u00ednimo solo permit\u00eda adquirir 5 kilos de tortilla. Gracias a los incrementos impulsados por el Gobierno de la Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n, hoy se puede adquirir hasta 10 kilos de este producto b\u00e1sico.<\/p>\n<h2>Propuesta de AMLO<\/h2>\n<p>La iniciativa propuesta buscar\u00e1 consolidar la pol\u00edtica de recuperaci\u00f3n del poder adquisitivo de los trabajadores mexicanos. L\u00f3pez Obrador enfatiz\u00f3 su compromiso al afirmar que el salario nunca aumentar\u00e1 menos que la inflaci\u00f3n, garantizando una mejora continua en las condiciones econ\u00f3micas de los <a href=\"https:\/\/pueblahoy.com.mx\/india-exitoso-rescate-de-41-trabajadores-atrapados-en-un-tunel\/\">trabajadores.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>El nuevo aumento al salario m\u00ednimo, que entr\u00f3 en vigor el 1 de enero, representa un incremento del 20 por ciento en la mayor parte del pa\u00eds, elevando la cifra diaria de 207.44 a 248.93 pesos. En la frontera norte, la cifra pas\u00f3 de 312.41 a 374.89 pesos al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, conmemorando el 117 aniversario de la Huelga de R\u00edo Blanco, el presidente anunci\u00f3 su intenci\u00f3n de enviar una iniciativa para reformar la Ley de Pensiones del IMSS de 1997. L\u00f3pez Obrador expres\u00f3 su rechazo a esta legislaci\u00f3n &#8220;antiobrerista&#8221; y destac\u00f3 que se revisar\u00e1 la contrarreforma laboral de Zedillo, espec\u00edficamente en el \u00e1mbito de las pensiones.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente record\u00f3 la lucha obrera de los m\u00e1rtires de la Huelga de R\u00edo Blanco en 1907, destacando su contribuci\u00f3n como antecedente hist\u00f3rico para la Revoluci\u00f3n Mexicana.
