Las autoridades indicaron que se trata de <strong>Osvaldo Guti\u00e9rrez V\u00e1zquez<\/strong>, mejor conocido como \u201cEl Cuate\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades indicaron, en un reporte a <em>El Univversal<\/em>, que el agresor era originario de la colonia <strong>Miguel Hidalgo<\/strong> de <strong>Apatzing\u00e1n, Michoac\u00e1n<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s se trata de un <strong>familiar de \u201cEl Pr\u00e1ngana\u201d<\/strong>, operador de los hermanos <strong>Ram\u00f3n y Rafael \u00c1lvarez Ayala<\/strong>, alias \u201cR1\u201d y \u201cR2\u201d, ligados al <strong>C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n (CJNG)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-identifican-al-asesino-de-carlos-manzo\">Identifican al asesino de Carlos Manzo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La investigaci\u00f3n fue posible gracias al an\u00e1lisis de grabaciones de las c\u00e1maras de seguridad y testimonios de las personas que estuvieron el pasado <strong>1 de noviembre<\/strong> en la inauguraci\u00f3n del <strong>Festival de las Velas<\/strong>. All\u00ed fue donde el alcalde fue atacado a balazos. Recibi\u00f3 <strong>dos impactos en el abdomen y uno en el brazo<\/strong>, por lo que fue trasladado a un hospital, donde muri\u00f3 horas despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>gobernador de Michoac\u00e1n<\/strong>, <strong>Alfredo Ram\u00edrez Bedolla<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que aunque uno de los agresores fue abatido en el lugar de los hechos, las investigaciones apuntan a la posible participaci\u00f3n de <strong>autores intelectuales<\/strong> y <strong>grupos criminales<\/strong> detr\u00e1s del atentado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>fiscal estatal<\/strong>, <strong>Carlos Torres Pi\u00f1a<\/strong>, detall\u00f3 que el atacante se hosped\u00f3 horas antes en un hotel del centro de Uruapan.
