Esto a partir de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre los tres niveles de gobierno, as\u00ed como la <strong>estrategia de cero impunidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El funcionario sostuvo, durante la reciente sesi\u00f3n de la Mesa de Coordinaci\u00f3n para la Construcci\u00f3n de la Paz, que la estrategia permite que los <strong>\u00edndices delictivos en Nuevo Le\u00f3n<\/strong> mantengan una tendencia a la baja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miguel Flores destac\u00f3 que la articulaci\u00f3n entre autoridades estatales, federales, fuerzas armadas y municipales permite alcanzar resultados en materia de seguridad. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta din\u00e1mica continuar\u00e1 como prioridad en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerardo Escamilla Vargas, titular de <strong>Fuerza Civil<\/strong>, present\u00f3 un informe en el que detall\u00f3 los avances derivados de la <strong>estrategia de Presencia Total<\/strong>. Este esquema de seguridad contempla operativos como el <strong>Grupo de Coordinaci\u00f3n Metropolitana<\/strong> y el <strong>Operativo Muralla<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Operativo Muralla<\/strong> no fue activado en la \u00faltima semana, mientras que el <strong>Grupo de Coordinaci\u00f3n Metropolitana<\/strong> report\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de 18 personas por delitos de alto impacto. Adem\u00e1s se aseguraron 17 veh\u00edculos y 11 armas en estas acciones. En el municipio de El Carmen, se reportaron 19 detenciones, junto con el aseguramiento de nueve veh\u00edculos y seis armas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto al delito de extorsi\u00f3n existen 645 carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n federales activas en Nuevo Le\u00f3n. La mayor\u00eda de los casos corresponden a extorsiones telef\u00f3nicas bajo esquemas de fraude y enga\u00f1o. Las autoridades indicaron que estas pr\u00e1cticas suelen originarse fuera del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe, en cuya presentaci\u00f3n particip\u00f3 Miguel Flores como secretario General de Gobierno de Nuevo Le\u00f3n, incluy\u00f3 la implementaci\u00f3n del Operativo Carrusel en carreteras y autopistas.
