{"id":31432,"date":"2025-07-01T15:24:33","date_gmt":"2025-07-01T15:24:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/?p=31432"},"modified":"2025-07-01T15:24:33","modified_gmt":"2025-07-01T15:24:33","slug":"gobierno-federal-niega-censura-a-traves-de-la-reforma-a-la-ley-de-telecomunicaciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/nuevo-leon\/2025\/07\/01\/gobierno-federal-niega-censura-a-traves-de-la-reforma-a-la-ley-de-telecomunicaciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno federal niega censura a trav\u00e9s de la reforma a la Ley de Telecomunicaciones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, a trav\u00e9s de <strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio &#8220;Pepe&#8221; Pe\u00f1a Merino<\/strong>, titular de la <strong>Agencia de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y Telecomunicaciones<\/strong> (ATDT), asegur\u00f3 que la nueva Ley de Telecomunicaciones y Radiodifusi\u00f3n no representa una censura a la libertad de expresi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conferencia, el funcionario subray\u00f3 que la reforma no incluye mecanismos de espionaje ni herramientas que faculten al gobierno para censurar contenidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl gobierno ni esp\u00eda ni censura con la nueva Ley de Telecomunicaciones. El dictamen aprobado es pr\u00e1cticamente el mismo que ya estaba vigente desde 2014, y que fue impulsado por administraciones anteriores\u201d, precis\u00f3 Pe\u00f1a Merino. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recalc\u00f3 que cualquier solicitud de acceso a informaci\u00f3n privada debe estar respaldada por la existencia de un delito y contar con la aprobaci\u00f3n de un juez, conforme al C\u00f3digo Nacional de Procedimientos Penales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puntualiz\u00f3 que, aunque la ley obliga a los operadores de telecomunicaciones a colaborar con las autoridades de justicia y seguridad, dicha cooperaci\u00f3n solo se puede dar bajo un mandamiento escrito. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u00f1a Merino defendi\u00f3 que la reforma a la Ley de Telecomunicaciones contra dichos de censura. Sostuvo que contempla nuevos mecanismos para fortalecer los derechos de las audiencias. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ciudadan\u00eda tendr\u00e1 la posibilidad de presentar quejas formales ante los defensores de audiencias por contenidos que consideren discriminatorios.
