El Ayuntamiento de Mineral de la Reforma<\/a><\/strong> inform\u00f3 sobre el rescate de un caballo v\u00edctima de maltrato animal<\/strong> en la localidad de La Colonia<\/strong>, tras una denuncia an\u00f3nima recibida el pasado 18 de octubre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con el reporte oficial, el equino presentaba heridas visibles en el rostro, ojo izquierdo, trufa y mano izquierda<\/strong>, por lo que fue necesaria la intervenci\u00f3n inmediata de personal especializado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El caso lo atendi\u00f3 el m\u00e9dico veterinario zootecnista Juan Miguel Trejo Reyes<\/strong>, director del Hospital con Garra<\/strong>, quien acudi\u00f3 acompa\u00f1ado de oficiales municipales y elementos del grupo K9<\/strong>. Al animal lo localizaron amarrado con un lazo<\/strong> y en condiciones de maltrato evidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y resguardo temporal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tras estabilizarlo con medicamentos, el caballo qued\u00f3 bajo resguardo, ya que las autoridades no encontraron responsables en el sitio<\/strong> durante las diligencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH)<\/a><\/strong> abri\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por maltrato animal<\/strong> y dej\u00f3 un citatorio en el predio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debido a que el municipio no cuenta con instalaciones adecuadas para la atenci\u00f3n de equinos<\/strong>, asociaciones animalistas ofrecieron refugio temporal para el caballo, donde pas\u00f3 su primera noche tras el rescate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hasta el momento, el Ayuntamiento de Mineral de la Reforma<\/strong> no ha informado sobre el paradero actual del animal ni sobre personas detenidas<\/strong> relacionadas con este hecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maltrato animal en Hidalgo: Caso reciente en Tulancingo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Este no es el \u00fanico caso de maltrato animal en Hidalgo<\/strong>. El pasado 20 de septiembre<\/strong>, el Ayuntamiento de Tulancingo<\/a><\/strong> rescat\u00f3 a un perro que sufr\u00eda agresiones f\u00edsicas<\/strong> en el fraccionamiento Las Glorias III<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En redes sociales circul\u00f3 un video donde se observa a un hombre con sudadera blanca y pantal\u00f3n negro golpeando al perro repetidamente<\/strong>, lo que gener\u00f3 indignaci\u00f3n entre vecinos y usuarios de internet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aunque una patrulla municipal estaba cerca, los habitantes se\u00f1alaron la tardanza en la respuesta de las autoridades<\/strong>. Horas despu\u00e9s, el municipio inform\u00f3 que al perro lo pusieron bajo resguardo y recibi\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n veterinaria a trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Medio Ambiente<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al igual que en el caso del caballo en Mineral de la Reforma, no se ha confirmado la detenci\u00f3n del agresor<\/strong> ni la apertura de un proceso penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los recientes rescates en Mineral de la Reforma y Tulancingo<\/strong> ponen en evidencia la urgente necesidad de fortalecer las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de protecci\u00f3n animal en Hidalgo<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la importancia de que la ciudadan\u00eda denuncie de manera inmediata<\/strong> cualquier caso de maltrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En M\u00e9xico, el maltrato animal es considerado un delito que puede derivar en sanciones penales<\/strong>, sin embargo, en muchos municipios a\u00fan se carece de infraestructura, protocolos claros y espacios de resguardo para los animales v\u00edctimas de violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
