El exalcalde de Tlaxcoapan y excandidato a la presidencia municipal, M. N., fue detenido el martes 19 de noviembre en la ciudad de Pachuca<\/a>, seg\u00fan lo informado por el Registro Nacional de Detenciones. La detenci\u00f3n, realizada por personal de la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo (PGJEH)<\/a>, ocurri\u00f3 alrededor de las 16:45 horas, aparentemente luego de que M. N. participara en una audiencia en los juzgados de la capital hidalguense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con el documento oficial de la PGJEH, a M. N. lo detuvieron despu\u00e9s de concluir la audiencia en la que estaba involucrado, y lo trasladaron a las instalaciones del \u00e1rea de retenci\u00f3n primaria. El exservidor p\u00fablico municipal qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico (MP), y se espera que lo presenten ante un juez de control para llevar a cabo su audiencia inicial. Hasta el momento, no se ha especificado la fecha ni la hora de dicha audiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Posible cargo por peculado<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Aunque la Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de Hidalgo aun no emite un comunicado oficial con las causas exactas de la detenci\u00f3n, se especula que a M. N. se le podr\u00eda se\u00f1alar por el delito de peculado, aunque esta informaci\u00f3n a\u00fan no la confirma las autoridades competentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La detenci\u00f3n de M. N. genera gran inter\u00e9s en la entidad, ya que su perfil como exalcalde y excandidato a un cargo de elecci\u00f3n popular hace que este caso sea particularmente relevante en el \u00e1mbito pol\u00edtico de Hidalgo.
