{"id":8425,"date":"2025-10-08T20:10:36","date_gmt":"2025-10-09T02:10:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/hidalgo\/?p=8425"},"modified":"2025-10-08T20:10:37","modified_gmt":"2025-10-09T02:10:37","slug":"hidalgo-alcanza-cifra-record-de-empleo-formal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/hidalgo\/estatal\/hidalgo-alcanza-cifra-record-de-empleo-formal\/","title":{"rendered":"Hidalgo alcanza cifra r\u00e9cord de empleo formal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>De acuerdo con el <strong>Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS)<\/strong>, el estado de Hidalgo registr\u00f3 en septiembre de 2025 el nivel m\u00e1s alto de empleo formal en su historia, consolid\u00e1ndose como una de las entidades con mayor dinamismo laboral en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan los datos oficiales, la entidad alcanz\u00f3 un total de <strong>294,855 trabajadores asegurados<\/strong>, cifra que representa un <strong>m\u00e1ximo hist\u00f3rico<\/strong> y reafirma el crecimiento sostenido del empleo formal durante los \u00faltimos meses. Este resultado refleja la estabilidad econ\u00f3mica estatal y la confianza de los sectores productivos en las pol\u00edticas implementadas por la actual administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-incremento-mensual-destacado\">Incremento mensual destacado<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En comparaci\u00f3n con agosto, el empleo formal en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hidalgo.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hidalgo<\/a> <strong>creci\u00f3 3.5%<\/strong>, lo que equivale a <strong>9,834 nuevos puestos de trabajo<\/strong>. Este incremento coloc\u00f3 a la entidad en el <strong>segundo lugar nacional<\/strong> por mayor aumento mensual, superando ampliamente el promedio del pa\u00eds, que fue de apenas 0.5%. A nivel nacional, el empleo formal tuvo un incremento de solo 0.4%, lo que subraya la destacada posici\u00f3n de la entidad frente al resto de las regiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-avance-acumulado-en-2025\">Avance acumulado en 2025<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante los primeros nueve meses de 2025, el estado sum\u00f3 <strong>13,981 nuevos empleos formales<\/strong>, lo que refleja un aumento anual del <strong>4.9%<\/strong>. Este desempe\u00f1o ubica a Hidalgo en el <strong>tercer lugar nacional<\/strong> por mayor crecimiento acumulado, resultado que demuestra la efectividad de las estrategias estatales en materia econ\u00f3mica y laboral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el balance de los primeros <strong>tres a\u00f1os y un mes de la actual administraci\u00f3n<\/strong>, se han generado <strong>37,767 empleos formales<\/strong>, lo que equivale a un crecimiento acumulado del <strong>14.7%<\/strong>, cifra que posiciona nuevamente a Hidalgo en el <strong>segundo lugar nacional<\/strong> por incremento en el empleo formal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos indicadores evidencian la <strong>fortaleza del mercado laboral hidalguense<\/strong> y el impacto positivo de las pol\u00edticas de desarrollo impulsadas por el gobierno estatal. Con estos resultados, Hidalgo se consolida como una de las entidades m\u00e1s competitivas y din\u00e1micas del pa\u00eds en la generaci\u00f3n de empleo formal, manteniendo una tendencia de
