L. P. M.<\/strong>, presunto responsable del <strong>homicidio de un agente de investigaci\u00f3n en Tula de Allende<\/strong> y de homicidio doloso en grado de tentativa en agravio de otros dos elementos de la <strong>Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal<\/strong>. La medida se dio tras las investigaciones realizadas por la dependencia, del sucedo acontencido el pasado <strong>20 de julio de 2025<\/strong> en la <strong>colonia Iturbe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante ese d\u00eda, un grupo de personas armadas atac\u00f3 a los agentes ministeriales, lo que result\u00f3 en un elemento fallecido y dos m\u00e1s lesionados. La<a href=\"https:\/\/procuraduria.hidalgo.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> PGJEH<\/a> identific\u00f3 a los presuntos responsables, entre los cuales <strong>J. L. P. M.<\/strong> habr\u00eda dirigido el ataque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-coordinacion-interinstitucional-para-detener-a-posible-responsable-de-homicidio-de-agente-de-tula\"><strong>Coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional para detener a posible responsable de homicidio de agente de tula<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Localizaron al imputado mediante <strong>operativos de inteligencia<\/strong> en la <strong>colonia Antorchista<\/strong>, del estado de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.puebla.gob.mx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Puebla<\/a><\/strong>. Tras su captura, fue trasladado a Hidalgo para enfrentar el proceso judicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Ministerio P\u00fablico<\/strong> present\u00f3 ante un <strong>Juez de Control<\/strong> los elementos de prueba que sustentan la participaci\u00f3n de <strong>J. L. P. L. P. M.<\/strong> la medida cautelar de <strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa<\/strong>, mientras se realiza la <strong>investigaci\u00f3n complementaria<\/strong>, la cual tendr\u00e1 un plazo de <strong>tres meses<\/strong> para su cierre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>PGJEH<\/strong> subray\u00f3 que esta acci\u00f3n reafirma su compromiso con la <strong>justicia para las v\u00edctimas<\/strong> y la protecci\u00f3n de los servidores p\u00fablicos.
