El acto protocolario inici\u00f3 con la entonaci\u00f3n del <strong>Toque de Bandera<\/strong> y de inmediato el mandatario estatal tom\u00f3 uso de palabra.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante los legisladores comparti\u00f3 los datos m\u00e1s relevantes de las diferencias dependencias del gobierno estatal, cuyos resultados, coment\u00f3, son gracias al trabajo conjunto con la sociedad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;El esfuerzo de miles de voluntades que anhelan de hacer de Hidalgo una potencia. En estos tres a\u00f1os nos hemos dirigido con la primicia de poner al pueblo en el centro de todas las decisiones&#8221;, coment\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Julio Menchaca destac\u00f3 en su tercer informe que si bien todav\u00eda hay pendientes, el compromiso es lograr un desarrollo con bienestar compartido. Por ello es que se aument\u00f3 el presupuesto a programas sociales con una inversi\u00f3n de 3 mil 385 millones de pesos, que en total durante su administraci\u00f3n alcanza los 8 mil 500 mdp. Sostuvo que derivado de esta pol\u00edtica fue posible que 154 mil hidalguenses salieran de la pobreza, seg\u00fan datos de INEGI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario estatal tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 los avances en educaci\u00f3n. Sostuvo que se destinaron 32 mil 500 millones a educaci\u00f3n, lo que representa el 46% del presupuesto total de la entidad. Adelant\u00f3 que a finales de este mes se entregar\u00e1n 10 mil tabletas, las cuales se sumar\u00e1n a las que se han brindado en apoyo a los estudiantes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celebr\u00f3 que los avances llevan al estado al tercer lugar an ivel nacional con m\u00e1s bachilleratos p\u00fablicos con conexi\u00f3n a internet. Dijo que gracias a esta medida es que m\u00e1s j\u00f3venes cuentan con las herramientas para aprovechar su educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Julio Menchaca destac\u00f3 los avances en infraestructura, ramo que logr\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de 19 mil 439 millones de pesos, que en tres a\u00f1os se tradujo en el desarrollo de mil 620 obras en los 84 municipios. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario estatal tambi\u00e9n abord\u00f3 temas como el campo, la infraestructura h\u00eddrica y la seguridad en el estado. Sobre esta \u00faltima dijo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Reconocemos las condiciones de inseguridad que se padecen en algunos puntos del estado. Estamos trabajando desde distintos frentes para erradicar esta inercia&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que por ello es que son centrales los trabajos en las Mesas de la Paz y la estrategia actual. Los avances en esto se traducen en que Hidalgo se coloca entre los 10 estados m\u00e1s seguros de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana, seg\u00fan el Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"El Congreso de Hidalgo fue el lugar donde Julio Menchaca rindi\u00f3 su tercer informe de gobierno.
