Durante a\u00f1os, miles de j\u00f3venes hidalguenses ve\u00edan truncados sus sue\u00f1os educativos. La falta de recursos econ\u00f3micos obligaba a muchos estudiantes talentosos a abandonar las aulas<\/strong>, mientras las familias enfrentaban la dolorosa elecci\u00f3n entre cubrir gastos b\u00e1sicos o apoyar la educaci\u00f3n de sus hijos<\/strong>. La deserci\u00f3n escolar crec\u00eda en silencio, especialmente en comunidades con mayores carencias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beneficia a j\u00f3venes de educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y superior<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El gobierno de Hidalgo, bajo la visi\u00f3n del gobernador Julio Menchaca<\/a><\/strong>, responde con acciones concretas a trav\u00e9s del programa Becas para la Transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Con una inversi\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica de 421 millones de pesos<\/strong>, este esfuerzo educativo beneficia directamente a 65 mil estudiantes: 44 mil de educaci\u00f3n superior y 21 mil de educaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica<\/strong>. La iniciativa forma parte del compromiso de priorizar la educaci\u00f3n como motor de desarrollo social en el estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gobierno de Julio Menchaca prioriza la permanencia escolar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n


Los resultados comienzan a reflejarse en las aulas. Los estudiantes ahora se concentran en su formaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica<\/strong> sin la presi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica que antes los obligaba a abandonar sus estudios. Las becas reconocen el m\u00e9rito acad\u00e9mico y al mismo tiempo nivelan las oportunidades<\/strong> para quienes enfrentan condiciones vulnerables. Las instituciones educativas reportan mayor permanencia estudiantil y mejor desempe\u00f1o acad\u00e9mico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las familias hidalguenses son las principales beneficiadas<\/strong>. Padres y madres de familia respiran aliviados al recibir apoyo para gastos escolares, uniformes, materiales y colegiaturas<\/strong>. Los j\u00f3venes ganan la posibilidad de continuar su preparaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica sin convertirse en carga econ\u00f3mica familiar<\/strong>. Las comunidades se fortalecen con profesionistas mejor preparados que contribuir\u00e1n al desarrollo estatal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El programa se sustenta en un modelo de transparencia y focalizaci\u00f3n presupuestal<\/strong>. Los recursos se asignan mediante criterios claros que priorizan municipios con mayores \u00edndices de marginaci\u00f3n y estudiantes con situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica vulnerable<\/strong>.
