El grupo legal de defensa <strong>Liberty Justice Center<\/strong>, present\u00f3 este lunes una demanda ante el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcoomd.org\/-\/media\/wco\/public\/es\/pdf\/topics\/wto-atf\/members-practices\/art-4\/us-art-4-es.pdf?la=es-ES\">Tribunal de Comercio Internacional de Estados Unidos<\/a><\/strong> para impugnar estos impuestos  a diversos socios comerciales. La demanda se basa en un abuso de poder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Empresas involucradas en la demanda a los aranceles de Trump <br><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La demanda ante los <strong>aranceles de Trump<\/strong> se present\u00f3 en nombre de cinco peque\u00f1as empresas estadounidenses afectadas por estas medidas. Entre ellas, un importador de vinos y licores con sede en <strong>Nueva York<\/strong> y un fabricante de kits educativos e instrumentos musicales de <strong>Virginia<\/strong>.
