Este salto refleja no solo un mayor cumplimiento ciudadano, sino tambi\u00e9n una eficiente gesti\u00f3n por parte de la&nbsp;<strong>Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda del Gobierno de Hidalgo<\/strong>, que ha logrado agilizar procesos y ofrecer beneficios concretos a los contribuyentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00e1s tr\u00e1mites, mayor control<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El crecimiento no se limita a lo econ\u00f3mico: los&nbsp;<strong>tr\u00e1mites de control vehicular<\/strong>&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n aumentaron un&nbsp;<strong>15.08%<\/strong>, pasando de&nbsp;<strong>180 mil 200<\/strong>&nbsp;en 2024 a&nbsp;<strong>212 mil 200<\/strong>&nbsp;en 2025. Sin embargo, el reto sigue vigente: con un&nbsp;<strong>padr\u00f3n vehicular<\/strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;<strong>740 mil veh\u00edculos<\/strong>, a\u00fan falta regularizar&nbsp;<strong>527 mil 800 unidades<\/strong>, es decir, el&nbsp;<strong>71.32%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La comparaci\u00f3n con 2024 es alentadora: en ese a\u00f1o,&nbsp;<strong>412 mil 600 veh\u00edculos<\/strong>&nbsp;cumplieron con sus obligaciones, por lo que las cifras actuales representan m\u00e1s de la mitad (<strong>51.42%<\/strong>) de lo logrado en todo el ciclo anterior. En t\u00e9rminos de ingresos, los&nbsp;<strong>340 millones 900 mil pesos<\/strong>&nbsp;recaudados en 2025 equivalen al&nbsp;<strong>49.3%<\/strong>&nbsp;del total de&nbsp;<strong>691 millones 500 mil pesos<\/strong>&nbsp;obtenidos el a\u00f1o pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Innovaci\u00f3n y beneficios: las claves del \u00e9xito<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El&nbsp;<strong>subsecretario de Ingresos<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Guillermo Huerta Meneses<\/strong>, atribuye este avance a estrategias dise\u00f1adas para facilitar el cumplimiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Seguro de vida incluido<\/strong>: Quienes pagan su\u00a0<strong>refrendo vehicular<\/strong>\u00a0en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/hidalgohoy\"><strong>Hidalgo<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>reciben, sin costo adicional, un\u00a0<strong>seguro de responsabilidad civil<\/strong>\u00a0con cobertura de\u00a0<strong>50 mil pesos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Descuentos exclusivos<\/strong>: Desde\u00a0<strong>cupones para licencias<\/strong>\u00a0hasta un\u00a0<strong>10%<\/strong>\u00a0en tr\u00e1mites de\u00a0<strong>actas de nacimiento<\/strong>, los incentivos econ\u00f3micos han sido clave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pago anticipado con beneficio<\/strong>: Quienes verifican y pagan en el primer semestre obtienen un descuento de\u00a0<strong>130 pesos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Huerta Meneses destac\u00f3 que\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mexicohoy.mx\"><strong>Hidalgo<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>supera la media nacional en cumplimiento (que ronda el\u00a0<strong>40-50%<\/strong>), gracias a un sistema que combina tecnolog\u00eda y supervisi\u00f3n rigurosa. &#8220;Nuestras\u00a0<strong>placas<\/strong>\u00a0no son solo un tr\u00e1mite, sino una garant\u00eda de legalidad&#8221;, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Agilidad y transparencia: los siguientes pasos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aunque los tr\u00e1mites son r\u00e1pidos para quienes llevan documentaci\u00f3n en orden, el funcionario reconoci\u00f3 que algunos casos se retrasan por:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Facturas irregulares<\/strong>: Un problema com\u00fan cuando se adquieren veh\u00edculos sin historial claro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inconsistencias en domicilios<\/strong>: Cuando la direcci\u00f3n en la\u00a0<strong>identificaci\u00f3n oficial<\/strong>\u00a0no coincide con el\u00a0<strong>comprobante de domicilio<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, resalt\u00f3 que la\u00a0<strong>exenci\u00f3n de 200 mil pesos en el valor factura<\/strong>\u00a0(aprobada en 2023) ha incentivado la formalizaci\u00f3n. Y aunque el proceso es \u00e1gil, la revisi\u00f3n minuciosa persiste: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8220;Trabajamos con la\u00a0Fiscal\u00eda\u00a0para detectar irregularidades y prevenir delitos&#8221;, concluy\u00f3.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con estos resultados,&nbsp;<strong>Hidalgo<\/strong>&nbsp;no solo consolida su liderazgo en&nbsp;<strong>recaudaci\u00f3n vehicular<\/strong>, sino que tambi\u00e9n refuerza su compromiso con la transparencia y la seguridad vial.
