href=\"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/hidalgohoy\/uncategorized\/revelan-el-numero-de-diputados-con-asistencia-perfecta-en-el-congreso-de-hidalgo\/\">Congreso<\/a> del Estado, diputado Andr\u00e9s Vel\u00e1zquez V\u00e1zquez, anunci\u00f3 que debido a diversos da\u00f1os estructurales detectados en el edificio que alberga el Sal\u00f3n de Plenos, se est\u00e1 considerando su demolici\u00f3n y la construcci\u00f3n de un nuevo inmueble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los problemas identificados en una inspecci\u00f3n reciente realizada por el secretario de Infraestructura P\u00fablica y Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible, Alejandro S\u00e1nchez Garc\u00eda, se encuentran plafones desprendidos, goteras, cimentaci\u00f3n inadecuada y otros da\u00f1os significativos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Costo de la reconstrucci\u00f3n del Congreso <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Vel\u00e1zquez V\u00e1zquez, el costo de reparar el edificio ser\u00eda similar al de demolerlo y construir uno nuevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos en pl\u00e1ticas con el Ejecutivo para analizar la posibilidad de derrumbar el edificio y construir uno nuevo, pero a\u00fan estamos en negociaci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el legislador de Morena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, reconoci\u00f3 que actualmente no se cuenta con los recursos necesarios para llevar a cabo la obra, cuyo costo estimado oscila entre 60 y 80 millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que el a\u00f1o pasado, el mismo presidente de la Junta de Gobierno inform\u00f3 sobre el cierre temporal del edificio para realizar un dictamen de protecci\u00f3n civil, donde se identificaron problemas como goteras y otros da\u00f1os estructurales menores que ahora se han agravado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El diputado enfatiz\u00f3 la necesidad de intervenir el inmueble, ya que su deterioro representa un potencial riesgo para trabajadores y visitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n final sobre la demolici\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n depender\u00e1 de las negociaciones y de la disponibilidad presupuestal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"El presidente de la Junta de Gobierno del
