{"id":2169,"date":"2024-12-20T10:47:12","date_gmt":"2024-12-20T16:47:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/hidalgohoy\/?p=2169"},"modified":"2024-12-20T10:47:12","modified_gmt":"2024-12-20T16:47:12","slug":"congreso-de-hidalgo-exhorta-a-municipios-a-reducir-gastos-operativos-y-fomentar-capacitacion-financiera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/hidalgo\/nacional\/estatal\/congreso-de-hidalgo-exhorta-a-municipios-a-reducir-gastos-operativos-y-fomentar-capacitacion-financiera\/","title":{"rendered":"Congreso de Hidalgo exhorta a municipios a reducir gastos operativos y fomentar capacitaci\u00f3n financiera"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En una iniciativa que busca optimizar el uso de los recursos p\u00fablicos y garantizar un manejo financiero responsable, el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.congreso-hidalgo.gob.mx\/\">Congreso del Estado de Hidalgo<\/a> aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad un exhorto dirigido a los 84 municipios para que en su Presupuesto de Egresos 2025 contemplen una reducci\u00f3n de gastos operativos e implementen capacitaciones en materia de administraci\u00f3n financiera y \u00e9tica p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diputada Johana Montcerrat Hern\u00e1ndez P\u00e9rez, del Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI), destac\u00f3 la importancia de que los gobiernos municipales prioricen la aplicaci\u00f3n correcta de los recursos p\u00fablicos, fomentando la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y la transparencia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201cAusteridad no significa cortar servicios esenciales, sino administrarlos de manera responsable, priorizando las necesidades m\u00e1s urgentes\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El acuerdo legislativo enfatiza la necesidad de un gasto responsable que atienda las demandas m\u00e1s apremiantes de la ciudadan\u00eda, as\u00ed como la promoci\u00f3n de procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n y mejora continua. Los municipios tambi\u00e9n deber\u00e1n impartir cursos de capacitaci\u00f3n al personal administrativo en temas de \u00e9tica, transparencia y administraci\u00f3n eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Acciones del Congreso adicionales en seguridad y prevenci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la misma sesi\u00f3n legislativa, los diputados locales emitieron otros dos exhortos dirigidos a los ayuntamientos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Uso obligatorio de casco para motociclistas:<\/strong> Se les pidi\u00f3 establecer reglamentaciones que hagan obligatorio el uso de casco para motociclistas y sus acompa\u00f1antes, implementando sanciones espec\u00edficas en caso de incumplimiento. Adem\u00e1s, se inst\u00f3 a desarrollar y ejecutar campa\u00f1as de concientizaci\u00f3n para prevenir accidentes viales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regulaci\u00f3n de la pirotecnia en temporada decembrina:<\/strong> En un esfuerzo por prevenir accidentes, especialmente entre ni\u00f1os, el Congreso exhort\u00f3 a los municipios a fortalecer acciones para inhibir el uso de pirotecnia.
