La Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica (SEP)<\/a><\/strong> anunci\u00f3 un incremento salarial del 9% para maestras y maestros de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, en el marco de la celebraci\u00f3n del D\u00eda de las Maestras y los Maestros 2026<\/strong>. El anuncio lo realiz\u00f3 el secretario de Educaci\u00f3n P\u00fablica<\/strong>, Mario Delgado<\/strong>, quien destac\u00f3 que la medida representa un reconocimiento al trabajo del magisterio nacional y un esfuerzo extraordinario de las finanzas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El ajuste salarial fue dado a conocer durante una ceremonia oficial celebrada este 15 de mayo<\/strong> en las instalaciones de la SEP en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, donde el funcionario explic\u00f3 que el aumento incluir\u00e1 distintos componentes relacionados con prestaciones y mejoras directas al salario base de los docentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con Mario Delgado, el incremento salarial para docentes ser\u00e1 del 9% y se aplicar\u00e1 mediante diferentes mecanismos econ\u00f3micos y prestaciones laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEl incremento est\u00e1 compuesto de distintos componentes en distintos tiempos, entre prestaciones y reconocimiento al salario\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, explic\u00f3 el titular de la SEP durante el acto conmemorativo por el D\u00eda del Maestro.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

El funcionario subray\u00f3 que este ajuste busca fortalecer el poder adquisitivo del magisterio y continuar con la recuperaci\u00f3n salarial impulsada en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mario Delgado asegur\u00f3 que el salario de maestras y maestros ha registrado una recuperaci\u00f3n importante en t\u00e9rminos reales durante los \u00faltimos siete a\u00f1os, luego del rezago acumulado en administraciones anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, los gobiernos de la llamada Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n iniciaron un proceso de mejora salarial para el sector educativo, el cual contin\u00faa fortaleci\u00e9ndose con este nuevo incremento anunciado para 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCon esto se mantiene la tendencia de recuperaci\u00f3n del salario de los maestros, que ha logrado superar en siete a\u00f1os el rezago acumulado durante m\u00e1s de 35 a\u00f1os\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, declar\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Aumento salarial coincide con exigencias de la CNTE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El anuncio ocurre en un contexto de presi\u00f3n sindical encabezado por la Coordinadora Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n (CNTE)<\/strong>, organizaci\u00f3n que mantiene entre sus principales demandas un aumento salarial m\u00e1s amplio y la derogaci\u00f3n de la reforma al ISSSTE de 2007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte, en las \u00faltimas semanas, integrantes de la CNTE<\/strong> realizaron movilizaciones y protestas en distintos puntos del pa\u00eds para exigir mejoras laborales, prestaciones y cambios al sistema de pensiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aunque la SEP no detall\u00f3 el impacto presupuestal del incremento, Mario Delgado afirm\u00f3 que la medida representa un reconocimiento al trabajo que diariamente realizan millones de docentes en las aulas del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, horas antes del anuncio oficial, la presidenta de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, Claudia Sheinbaum<\/strong>, adelant\u00f3 durante su conferencia matutina que habr\u00eda noticias importantes relacionadas con beneficios y mejoras para el sector educativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
