De acuerdo con reportes oficiales, al sujeto lo investigaban por <strong>delitos como homicidio y posibles v\u00ednculos con operaciones criminales relacionadas con el C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n (CJNG)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades tambi\u00e9n lo relacionan con <strong>los disturbios registrados en Mexicali tras la muerte de Rub\u00e9n Oseguera Cervantes<\/strong>, alias <strong>&#8220;El Mencho&#8221;<\/strong>, l\u00edder del <strong>CJNG<\/strong>, ocurrida durante un operativo en <strong>Tapalpa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sigue-nuestras-cuentas-en-facebook-e-instagram-para-mantenerte-informado-con-las-noticias-mas-relevantes\"><strong>Sigue nuestras cuentas en Facebook e Instagram para mantenerte informado con las noticias m\u00e1s relevantes.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-operativo-en-mexicali-para-capturar-a-el-doble-r\"><strong>Operativo en Mexicali para capturar a \u201cEl Doble R\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La detenci\u00f3n de <strong>\u00c1ngel Javier \u201cN\u201d<\/strong> se realiz\u00f3 tras varios meses de seguimiento por parte de corporaciones de seguridad. Las investigaciones se\u00f1alan que el presunto criminal <strong>ya estaba bajo vigilancia por su posible relaci\u00f3n con el grupo delictivo conocido como \u201cLos Rusos\u201d<\/strong>, una organizaci\u00f3n vinculada con actividades il\u00edcitas en el norte del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, informes m\u00e1s recientes lo ubican como <strong>posible enlace del C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n en Mexicali<\/strong>, lo que lo coloc\u00f3 en el radar de las autoridades estatales y federales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El operativo ten\u00eda como objetivo <strong>ejecutar un mandamiento judicial por el delito de homicidio<\/strong>, lo que deriv\u00f3 en su captura sin que se reportaran enfrentamientos durante la intervenci\u00f3n policial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lo-investigan-por-disturbios-e-incendios-tras-la-muerte-de-el-mencho\"><strong>Lo investigan por disturbios e incendios tras la muerte de \u201cEl Mencho\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las investigaciones tambi\u00e9n vinculan a <strong>\u201cEl Doble R\u201d<\/strong> con <strong>los disturbios y ataques registrados en Mexicali a finales de febrero<\/strong>, cuando diversos grupos criminales presuntamente reaccionaron tras la muerte de <strong>Rub\u00e9n Oseguera Cervantes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante esos hechos se registraron:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Incendios de veh\u00edculos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ataques contra comercios<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bloqueos y actos de violencia en distintas zonas de la ciudad<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos actos generaron un <strong>clima de tensi\u00f3n en la regi\u00f3n fronteriza<\/strong>, lo que provoc\u00f3 el despliegue de operativos de seguridad para contener la violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" las autoridades investigan <strong>la posible participaci\u00f3n de \u00c1ngel Javier \u201cN\u201d en ataques armados ocurridos en Mexicali<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los hechos que se analizan se encuentran:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ataque contra una vivienda en la colonia Cuauht\u00e9moc<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agresi\u00f3n contra un foodtruck vinculado a funcionarios de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Servicios P\u00fablicos de Mexicali (CESPM)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta ahora <strong>no existe una acusaci\u00f3n formal por estos hechos<\/strong>, aunque las investigaciones contin\u00faan para determinar su grado de participaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-detenciones-previas-de-presuntos-operadores-vinculados-a-el-doble-r\"><strong>Detenciones previas de presuntos operadores vinculados a \u201cEl Doble R\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La captura de este presunto criminal ocurre semanas despu\u00e9s de que <strong>dos supuestos operadores cercanos a \u201cEl Doble R\u201d fueran detenidos en operativos coordinados por la FESC y la FGE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas acciones forman parte de la <strong>estrategia de seguridad en Baja California para desarticular c\u00e9lulas criminales que operan en la regi\u00f3n<\/strong>, particularmente aquellas relacionadas con el <strong>C\u00e1rtel Jalisco Nueva Generaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" fugitivos m\u00e1s buscados por el FBI<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quien-es-ricardo-ruiz-velasco-alias-el-doble-r\"><strong>\u00bfQui\u00e9n es Ricardo Ruiz Velasco, alias \u201cEl Doble R\u201d?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El alias <strong>\u201cEl Doble R\u201d<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n ha sido relacionado con <strong>Ricardo Ruiz Velasco<\/strong>, presunto l\u00edder de una c\u00e9lula del <strong>CJNG<\/strong> conocida como <strong>Grupo \u00c9lite<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con reportes internacionales, este personaje ha sido vinculado con <strong>diversos asesinatos de alto perfil y actividades de propaganda del c\u00e1rtel<\/strong>, incluyendo la difusi\u00f3n de videos en redes sociales utilizados para intimidar a grupos rivales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Informes del <strong>Departamento del Tesoro de Estados Unidos<\/strong> lo han se\u00f1alado como un actor relevante dentro de la estructura del <strong>CJNG<\/strong> y presunto responsable de operaciones criminales durante m\u00e1s de una d\u00e9cada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-senalamientos-por-el-feminicidio-de-la-influencer-valeria-marquez\"><strong>Se\u00f1alamientos por el feminicidio de la influencer Valeria M\u00e1rquez<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El nombre de <strong>Ricardo Ruiz Velasco, alias \u201cEl Doble R\u201d<\/strong>, tambi\u00e9n apareci\u00f3 en reportes medi\u00e1ticos relacionados con el <strong>feminicidio de la influencer Valeria M\u00e1rquez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La creadora de contenido fue asesinada durante una <strong>transmisi\u00f3n en vivo desde su est\u00e9tica en Zapopan, Jalisco<\/strong>, cuando un presunto repartidor ingres\u00f3 al local y le dispar\u00f3 en varias ocasiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras el crimen, algunos medios se\u00f1alaron a <strong>Ruiz Velasco como presunto sospechoso<\/strong>, debido a que supuestamente manten\u00eda una relaci\u00f3n con la influencer meses antes del ataque.
