Especialistas del INAH identificaron 16 elementos entre petrograbados y pinturas rupestres, con representaciones antropomorfas y zoomorfas; algunas figuras corresponden a la \u00e9poca prehist\u00f3rica, mientras que otras se asocian al periodo Poscl\u00e1sico y, de acuerdo con reportes especializados, algunas guardan relaci\u00f3n con representaciones de Tl\u00e1loc, deidad mesoamericana ligada al agua y la lluvia.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"un-tramo-con-141-sitios-y-31-rescates-arqueologicos\">Un tramo con 141 sitios y 31 rescates arqueol\u00f3gicos<\/h2>\n<p>El corredor ferroviario entre la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y Quer\u00e9taro, de aproximadamente 226 kil\u00f3metros, registr\u00f3 en total 141 sitios con elementos culturales, de los cuales 31 fueron objeto de estudio y rescate arqueol\u00f3gico detallado. El Cerro El Venado se convirti\u00f3 en uno de los puntos m\u00e1s sensibles de todo el trazado por la densidad y antig\u00fcedad de sus vestigios.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"la-orden-que-cambio-el-trazo-del-tren\">La orden que cambi\u00f3 el trazo del tren<\/h2>\n<p>Ante la relevancia del hallazgo, el proyecto ferroviario ajust\u00f3 su trazo original para evitar afectaciones directas a la zona, una modificaci\u00f3n que, de acuerdo con reportes period\u00edsticos, se realiz\u00f3 por instrucci\u00f3n de la presidenta Claudia Sheinbaum en octubre de 2025. Las labores de salvamento arqueol\u00f3gico en el corredor hab\u00edan iniciado en 2023, pero fue hasta el hallazgo de los petrograbados de El Venado cuando se decidi\u00f3 replantear parte de la ruta.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"vestigios-de-la-presencia-mexica-en-el-valle-de-tula\">Vestigios de la presencia mexica en el valle de Tula<\/h2>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s del arte rupestre, el INAH document\u00f3 en El Venado fragmentos cer\u00e1micos, figurillas y evidencias de cimentaciones correspondientes al periodo Poscl\u00e1sico Tard\u00edo (1200-1521 d.C.), asociadas al dominio mexica en la regi\u00f3n. La combinaci\u00f3n de vestigios de distintas \u00e9pocas, desde el arte rupestre m\u00e1s antiguo hasta la ocupaci\u00f3n mexica, convierte a este cerro en una pieza clave para entender la secuencia de asentamientos humanos en el valle de Tula a lo largo de miles de a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Las labores de documentaci\u00f3n y rescate en el sitio contin\u00faan bajo la supervisi\u00f3n del INAH, como parte de una pol\u00edtica institucional que busca equilibrar el avance de la infraestructura ferroviaria con la protecci\u00f3n del patrimonio arqueol\u00f3gico
