{"id":11883,"date":"2026-01-29T15:53:24","date_gmt":"2026-01-29T21:53:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/hidalgo\/?p=11883"},"modified":"2026-01-29T15:53:24","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T21:53:24","slug":"mujeres-abandonan-empleos-en-hidalgo-datos-del-inegi-revelan-desigualdad-laboral-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/hidalgo\/nacional\/estatal\/mujeres-abandonan-empleos-en-hidalgo-datos-del-inegi-revelan-desigualdad-laboral-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Mujeres abandonan empleos en Hidalgo: Datos del INEGI revelan desigualdad laboral 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En 2025, durante el <strong>primer trimestre<\/strong>, por lo menos <strong>4 mil 123 mujeres en Hidalgo abandonaron sus empleos<\/strong>, principalmente por <strong>matrimonio, embarazo y responsabilidades familiares<\/strong>, de acuerdo con datos oficiales del <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.inegi.org.mx\/\">Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (INEGI)<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las cifras provienen de la <strong>Encuesta Nacional de Ocupaci\u00f3n y Empleo (ENOE)<\/strong>, la cual revela que <strong>solo las mujeres enfrentaron este tipo de abandono laboral<\/strong>, ya que <strong>no se registr\u00f3 ning\u00fan caso similar entre hombres<\/strong> en ese periodo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sigue-nuestras-cuentas-en-facebook-e-instagram-para-mantenerte-informado-con-las-noticias-mas-relevantes\"><strong>Sigue nuestras cuentas en Facebook e Instagram para mantenerte informado con las noticias m\u00e1s relevantes.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-inegi-mujeres-las-mas-afectadas-por-abandono-forzado-del-empleo-en-hidalgo\"><strong>INEGI: mujeres, las m\u00e1s afectadas por abandono forzado del empleo en Hidalgo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El informe del INEGI tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1ala que <strong>139 mujeres dejaron de trabajar porque un familiar se los impidi\u00f3<\/strong>, situaci\u00f3n que <strong>no se present\u00f3 en hombres<\/strong>, evidenciando una clara <strong>desigualdad de g\u00e9nero en el mercado laboral de Hidalgo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, otras causas que llevaron a las mujeres a abandonar sus empleos incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Discriminaci\u00f3n o acoso laboral<\/strong>: 70 casos de un total de mil 502.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retomar o continuar estudios<\/strong>: mil 366 mujeres de 8 mil 804 personas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conflictos laborales o con superiores<\/strong>: 180 de 714 incidencias.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condiciones laborales riesgosas o deterioradas<\/strong>: mil 197 de 3 mil 130 casos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-por-que-los-hombres-renunciaron-a-sus-trabajos-en-hidalgo\"><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 los hombres renunciaron a sus trabajos en Hidalgo?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de los <strong>hombres<\/strong>, las razones para abandonar el empleo fueron distintas.
