La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guerrero<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que abri\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en contra de Abelina L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, presidenta municipal de Acapulco<\/strong>, por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de cohecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inicio de la investigaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La indagatoria se origin\u00f3 luego de que la Fiscal\u00eda <\/strong>estatal recibi\u00f3 una denuncia formal presentada por Ramiro Solorio Almaz\u00e1n<\/strong>, excandidato a la alcald\u00eda por el Partido Encuentro Social (PES).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El expediente qued\u00f3 registrado bajo el n\u00famero 12022200300020071125 y se relaciona con la presunta aceptaci\u00f3n indebida de un collar <\/strong>de la marca francesa Van Cleef & Arpels<\/strong><\/em>, cuyo valor se estima en 227 mil pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con el documento, la Fiscal\u00eda <\/strong>solicit\u00f3 a la Polic\u00eda Ministerial localizar al denunciante para ratificar su declaraci\u00f3n y gir\u00f3 una orden de presentaci\u00f3n para que la alcaldesa <\/strong>acuda a rendir su declaraci\u00f3n respecto a los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Presunta conducta irregular de la alcaldeza Abelina L\u00f3pez <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La pol\u00e9mica surgi\u00f3 despu\u00e9s de que L\u00f3pez Rodr\u00edguez <\/strong>luciera el collar durante una sesi\u00f3n de Cabildo y posteriormente afirmara que se trataba de un regalo recibido de \u201cel pueblo\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En declaraciones p\u00fablicas de octubre de 2025, la alcaldesa <\/strong>emiti\u00f3 comentarios que dejaron en entredicho la procedencia de la joya, al se\u00f1alar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c\u00bfYo qu\u00e9 culpa tengo de que haya un pueblo que me ame y que me regale cosas?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

La investigaci\u00f3n se sustenta en el art\u00edculo 283 del C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado de Guerrero<\/strong>, que califica como cohecho la conducta de un servidor p\u00fablico que solicita o recibe indebidamente dinero, beneficios o presentes vinculados con su cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe mencionar que, por dicho delito, se pueden enfrentar penas que van de seis a diecis\u00e9is a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de multas significativas, dependiendo del valor del beneficio recibido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hasta ahora, las autoridades contin\u00faan con las investigaciones correspondientes para determinar la posible responsabilidad de la funcionaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s de este procedimiento, Abelina L\u00f3pez<\/strong> ha enfrentado otros cuestionamientos p\u00fablicos relacionados con la gesti\u00f3n de recursos municipales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La alcaldesa no ha emitido, hasta el momento, una postura oficial sobre la investigaci\u00f3n iniciada por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Guerrero <\/strong>en torno al delito que se le imputa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
