El procedimiento se llev\u00f3 a cabo ante el pleno del <strong>Ayuntamiento<\/strong>, en cumplimiento de las leyes vigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>LEE M\u00c1S: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/hidalgo\/estatal\/caasim-ajusta-tarifas-de-agua-potable-este-2026\/\">Caasim ajusta tarifas de agua potable este 2026<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sesion-de-cabildo\"><strong>Sesi\u00f3n de cabildo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La toma de protesta se realiz\u00f3 tras el fallecimiento del alcalde <strong>Alfredo Gonz\u00e1lez Quiroz <\/strong>ocurrido el pasado 26 de diciembre de 2025 en un accidente automovil\u00edstico provocado por las inclemencias del clima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria fue convocada para formalizar el relevo constitucional, con el objetivo de garantizar la continuidad de las funciones administrativas y de gobierno en el municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-nuevo-presidente-municipal\"><strong>El nuevo presidente municipal<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c1vila Castel\u00e1n<\/strong> asumi\u00f3 el cargo tras haber sido registrado como suplente oficial en la planilla ganadora de las elecciones de junio de 2024. De acuerdo con la ley vigente, esto implic\u00f3 su ascenso directo para completar el periodo constitucional, que concluir\u00e1 en 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su discurso, el nuevo <strong>presidente municipal <\/strong>de Tepeapulco se comprometi\u00f3 a gobernar con respeto a la legalidad, la transparencia y la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas.
