{"id":10794,"date":"2025-12-21T07:29:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-21T13:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/hidalgo\/?p=10794"},"modified":"2025-12-15T12:49:33","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T18:49:33","slug":"60-por-ciento-comercio-informal-hidalgo-canacope","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/grupohoymexico.com\/hidalgo\/nacional\/estatal\/60-por-ciento-comercio-informal-hidalgo-canacope\/","title":{"rendered":"El 60% del comercio establecido en Hidalgo opera en la informalidad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Alrededor del <strong>60 por ciento de los comercios establecidos o fijos en Hidalgo<\/strong>, as\u00ed como a nivel nacional, operan en la informalidad al no contar con registro ante la <strong>Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico (SHCP)<\/strong> ni ante el <strong>Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS)<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 <strong>Carlos Gami\u00f1o R\u00edos<\/strong>, presidente de la <strong>C\u00e1mara Nacional de Comercio en Peque\u00f1o, Servicios y Turismo<\/strong> (Canacope Servytur), organismo con presencia en <strong>66 municipios del estado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En <strong>Grupo Hoy<\/strong> te informamos todo lo que debes saber sobre el ambiente laboral informal en el estado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-impacto-directo-en-salarios-y-derechos-laborales\">Impacto directo en salarios y derechos laborales<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El dirigente empresarial se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta situaci\u00f3n afecta de manera directa a los trabajadores del sector, quienes no reciben el salario m\u00ednimo ni las prestaciones de ley. Indic\u00f3 que el comercio se divide en tres segmentos \u2014fijo, semifijo y ambulante\u2014 y advirti\u00f3 que existe una percepci\u00f3n err\u00f3nea al asumir que un negocio con local establecido opera de manera legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cMuchas veces cometemos el error de creer que el establecimiento fijo se encuentra dentro de la formalidad o legalidad, pero tristemente vemos que no es as\u00ed\u201d, expres\u00f3. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Municipios como <strong>Tulancingo<\/strong> reflejan esta tendencia, que impacta negativamente en la competitividad empresarial y en el cumplimiento de los derechos laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-desinformacion-uno-de-los-principales-factores\">Desinformaci\u00f3n, uno de los principales factores<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/canacopeservyturpachuca.com\/}\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Canacope Servytur<\/a><\/strong> se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la c\u00e1mara no tiene injerencia directa en la informalidad del comercio establecido, ya que la formalizaci\u00f3n depende de que los propietarios cumplan con los requisitos fiscales y administrativos. Entre ellos destacan el registro ante la<strong> SHCP<\/strong>, la inscripci\u00f3n al <strong>IMSS<\/strong> y la obtenci\u00f3n de la licencia de funcionamiento municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Subray\u00f3 que la <strong>desinformaci\u00f3n<\/strong> es uno de los principales motivos por los que muchos comerciantes evitan regularizarse, al creer que el pago de impuestos es elevado. Sin embargo, precis\u00f3 que un peque\u00f1o negocio puede cubrir entre <strong>100 y 200 pesos bimestrales en impuestos<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s de acceder a programas de financiamiento y
