Ante regidores y autoridades municipales, el alcalde destac\u00f3 que la labor policial es fundamental para garantizar la tranquilidad de las y los pachuque\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el acto oficial, se subray\u00f3 que los elementos policiales enfrentan diariamente condiciones complejas que demandan profesionalismo, valent\u00eda y una firme vocaci\u00f3n de servicio. Por ello, el Ayuntamiento consider\u00f3 indispensable reconocer p\u00fablicamente su esfuerzo mediante est\u00edmulos que fortalezcan su desarrollo profesional y su sentido de pertenencia institucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reconocimientos-por-trayectoria-y-meritos-operativos\"><strong>Reconocimientos por trayectoria y m\u00e9ritos operativos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de esta ceremonia, se entregaron diversos est\u00edmulos a integrantes destacados de la corporaci\u00f3n. En la categor\u00eda <strong>Por Trayectoria<\/strong>, se reconoci\u00f3 a tres elementos por 15 a\u00f1os de servicio continuo, as\u00ed como a tres polic\u00edas que cumplieron 20 a\u00f1os de labor ininterrumpida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el rubro <strong>M\u00e9rito Policial<\/strong>, tres agentes fueron distinguidos por acciones ejemplares realizadas durante operativos recientes, mismas que contribuyeron a la protecci\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda y a la prevenci\u00f3n de hechos delictivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La distinci\u00f3n <strong>Valor Heroico<\/strong> fue otorgada a cuatro elementos que participaron en intervenciones de alto riesgo, demostrando templanza y compromiso institucional. Finalmente, el reconocimiento <strong>Cruz de Honor<\/strong> fue entregado de manera p\u00f3stuma a los familiares de dos polic\u00edas ca\u00eddos en cumplimiento de su deber, gesto que marc\u00f3 uno de los momentos m\u00e1s emotivos del evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-compromiso-municipal-con-la-seguridad-publica\"><strong>Compromiso municipal con la seguridad p\u00fablica<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En su mensaje, Jorge Reyes reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso de su administraci\u00f3n con el fortalecimiento de las corporaciones policiales mediante inversi\u00f3n continua en profesionalizaci\u00f3n, equipamiento y mejores condiciones laborales. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estas acciones forman parte de una estrategia integral para consolidar un entorno seguro y confiable para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl <em>reconocimiento a
